Kid To Kid of Paradise Valley

Perusing the local Goodwill or consignment stores is my guilty pleasure. But not this past Saturday: I went to this location and was gravely disappointed. Not so much in the merchandise but in the customer service or lack thereof.
Another customer had bought in some merchandise and while I was looking at it, a sales associate informed me that they still had to price in a haste tone. I confirmed her request and began speaking with the customer to inquire where she had gotten a particular toy. 30 seconds later, I had informed by the sales associate, the STORE MANAGER came to me and in a very rude and loud tone repeated the same thing. I calmly told her that I knew of this and was simply conversing with the customer. She, then, loudly said, «well, I was told that you were digging thru the stuff.» Not only did she embarrass me but then the rest of her sales associates treated me with disrespect for the rest of my visit.
None the less, I went back today to claim the item in question. It was not priced and nor was it on the floor. When I inquired about the time frame, the sales associate looked at the computer screen the whole time and avoided engaging with me. She then rudely said, It will be ready when it is.
Needless to say, this store is crossed off my list. I hope that you have a better experience
