I took my iphone screen to be replaced at 6 pm on Monday and they fixed it in 20 minutes and they charged $ 129 for the fix. The screen ended up breaking the next day when I dropped it less than 2 feet on a cushioned surface in my car. The phone stopped working as well as I couldn’t use the buttons.
I went to have them relook at it and they told me it was physical damage and not covered under their warranty. They said they would fix it for another $ 80.
Less than 24 hours and I had to get a brand new phone.
I asked for a name and number for their corporate office to complain and they would only give me an email address.
It was a really cheap screen replacement and these guys are not worth it. Take your phone to the Apple Store as these guys are going to rip you off.

I took my cell phone in three weeks ago, the guy was so promptly taking my card and cell phone, and stated he would call in four days when the part was in. Totally professional was everything. Until the three days passed and then a week, so i went, in the guy stated he’s sry it slipped his mind to call. So, fine he needed a few more days because the wrong part was ordered. Fine, i gave him a week, of which again i did not recieve any call from him again, as he had stated he was going to. So i went there once again, and he was what seemed as mad or pissed with me because i was checking up on my phone again. He had another guy deal with me at this point who did not want to hear anything, but stated that he knew where the part was and he would have to use his car and his time to drive down to some other mall to get the part (for a cracked screen) and he will call me when he has picked it up and has the phone ready for me. One hour later that same day oct 10 2015, he called and stated there was no part for my fone and to go over to the kiosk and pick up my phone and my money would be refunded in cash. At this point i rush over to them pick my mobey and fone up and frantically search for another phone repair persob in the mall, because they [iphixation ] knew i was headed out for a trip the following day. So thank you iphixation for the corrupt service, shitty followup calls, and most unpleasant employees, your services will always be remembered as a fraud.

I like this little kiosk, especially over most other mobile accessory kiosks. I came in at around 2:30 to get a screen protector for my iPhone 6 plus. I was greeted and helped by Patrick, and he did an okay job. I noticed the protector was a little crooked when I got home, so I took it back and was helped by Justin, who was there earlier when I went and he looked like a technician. He was the only one there at the time and was currently working on another customer’s phone, and asked if I was okay leaving my phone with him for about 15 minutes while he finished up the other customer’s phone, who was also waiting. I came back 15 minutes later, and he had just picked up my phone to start (I’m not complaining, it only took like 2 minutes to complete and he was very helpful and friendly the entire time). He replaced the screen protector and told me to give it a day or two to let the adhesive completely seal around the sides, and if it doesn’t, then keep bringing it back until I’m satisfied with the outcome. Plus, this place has a pretty good deal. For $ 43.31, I got a screen protector, and as long as you bring back the broken glass protector, they replace it for only $ 10. This warranty is good for as long as you have the phone. Definitely will give these guys my business again and would highly recommend!
BEWARE. You may be tempted to check out Cellairis, but they are extremely rude and have NO customer service. Go read their reviews, my girlfriend left a very detailed reason of why you should not go there (her name is Andi C.)

I ordered and prepaid for a tablet screen and was told it’d be about a week and that I’d receive a call when it comes in. After about 3 weeks I finally called to inquire about where it was. I was told that it was in but it was at «my office and my inventory guy hasn’t brought it here yet». He said that it would be delivered the next day and that they would call me when it arrives. Still no call. I showed up 3 days later asking again about my screen. A different man states that it has come in weeks ago but was defective and they weren’t sure if they ordered another one. He could give me a white one at a discount and I asked for a refund. After some resistance I was issued a refund and that person said it looked like the employee never ordered it in the first place. So whatever happened, I won’t be going back.
