My family has been seeing Dr. Lieberman for several years. We all love her! She has a great bedside manner and spends time discussing/explaining things. As a PCP she has demonstrated knowledge across man issues from infertility to chronic joint issues. Her staff as always been fast and friendly. Nice facilities and a in house lab. Literally my whole family goes to see her so absolutely we would recommend her to those closest to us.

This is how medicine is suppose to be practiced! Caring, understanding staff coupled with incredibly smart doctors. They make you want to be a better patient. I look forward to my follow-up visit. Who ever says they like going to the doctor’s office. I do now! I feel like my life is in good hands with Dr. Tamara Lieberman.

I can’t tell you enough what a pleasant experience I had at this medical office, with Dr. John. First off, the office is in a very nice building. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. The waiting area was very cozy and clean. What really got me was that every doctor in this medical practice has their own spacious and clean office, and inside the doctor’s offices are their own exam rooms. Yes, like back in the old days. I loved this concept. Everything was very personal and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed in and rushed back out. My concerns were taking into very serious consideration. A doctor that is actually invested in their patients is a must these days. So glad I found this medical practice. I also want to add, the phlebotomist who took four samples of my blood for testing was just perfection!

So Dr. Lieberman is very nice and thorough, no issues there really. I gave this review 3 stars because of her, but if I was basing this review solely off the office staff, particularly the front office staff I would probably give it a 1. The front office staff are rude and leave much to be desired for customer service. Two of the gals that work the front desk and one that works the ‘check out’ desk area in back, whatever you call it, had so much attitude! I’m a pretty busy person when I’m at work and things can come up unexpectedly so sometimes it can be hard for me to keep appointments. I had scheduled an appt and had to call to reschedule, then I rescheduled it a 2nd time(again, work!), the 3rd time the appt came around I was so busy I completely forgot about it(my bad!). The front desk gal wouldn’t let me live it down! She called me on my cell phone and then again on my work phone and very rudely asked me if I was coming to my appt. I said no, apologized for not calling and explained that I was extremely busy and had to stay at work and that I would call back to reschedule. She then proceeded to scold me like I was a 5 year old child and basically gave me a ‘what for’. I don’t appreciate being talked to like that regardless of if I didn’t call. Be professional! So I eventually made it to my appointment! A different front desk gal again left much to be desired for customer service, but whatever. When I finally got put back into the doctors room I realized that I hadn’t paid my copay. I thought this was strange because I’ve always paid it first. So I walked out and asked the gal at the back desk area(who I was directed to) when I should pay. She rudely said we just take whatever payment is on your card after your appointment(as if I should have known). I said oh ok, I’ve never done it that way so I was just curious and also asked if the visit would be covered. She again very rudely said, «I dont know, we don’t check your insurance, we don’t do that, we’ve never done that. Check your deductible, it’s whatever is on there, I don’t know, you would have to call.» WOW! I’ve worked in two doctors offices totaling about 4 years and insurance was always hard for me to understand then, let alone on my own! I also would have NEVER said that to a patient. I don’t know, your choice, but when people are going to the doctor which can be emotional for some people depending on what’s going on, the last thing they need to deal with is rude A** people! K, I’m done. lol.

It’s not often that I’ve had pleasant experiences going to see the doctor, but after just two visits to this office, I’m sold! Dr. Tamara Lieberman and staff have been amazing to work with to date. The office is centrally located just off of 32nd St and Camelback. It’s clean and the staff is courteous. I haven’t had to wait long either visit, and when I did need to reschedule one of my appointments, it wasn’t a problem either. I had some routine lab work done today and Susan, one of the nurses there, couldn’t have been friendlier. She was professional as well and luckily, the blood draw went super smooth; I hate needles! I had such a satisfactory experience that I made an appointment for my husband to go see one of the other doctors in the practice for a physical as well.(Neither of us had been for routine check-ups in quite some time prior). In my experience, good doctors with friendly and professional staff, are hard to come by, so I highly recommend giving this office a call if you’re «apple a day» isn’t enough to keep the doctor away!

Dr. Wayne Kuhl has been my primary physician for more years than I can recall. Recently, the moved«down the street» to a new, updated offices. I am writing this review because it seems that MANY, many people use Unilocal to find… anything. Dr. Kuhl and his staff make going to the doctor as pleasant an experience as it can be. Not only is the Staff extremely courteous, professional and cordial, they are actually friendly and nice! They remember patient names; spend the necessary time with a patient when necessary, even if it means someone else will have to wait. Dr. Kuhl, naturally, is a Board Certified physician, which should be important to anyone choosing a physician. He is thorough, explains anything and everything about which you have questions, and goes over every test result with you, one by one. If Dr. Kuhl thinks you need to see a Specialist, he is the first one to make that recommendation. There is no «ego» involved. I think the most telling thing I can share with you is a memory of something that happened in his waiting room when I happened to be there — many years ago. The waiting room was full. He was running late. Suddenly the door opened, and there stood Dr. Kuhl. He APOLOGIZED for keeping everyone waiting, but said, «I have a patient that simply needs more time than we had scheduled. I promise each of you, if YOU were that patient, I would do the same for you.» I think it is rare that a physician ever apologizes for keeping you waiting, even when they walk into the exam room. This was extraordinary. I would recommend any of the physicians in this practice without any hesitation. Also — if you have an emergent situation, they find a way to see you — that day! That is a huge thing in my mind!
