NO. NO. ANDNO. Really crappy ½ assed care, the doctor never ever touched my bad knee, his PA gave me a diagnosis that started with the words«We think…» REALLY? YOUTHINK? Man, this was the worst. They THOUGHT it might be a torn meniscus. They sent me back to the gym telling me to use the bicycles. After a week of that I could just almost walk. I called to tell them and they suggested I HAVE A POORTOLERANCEFORPAIN??? Worst doctor experience of my life. DON’T GOHERE. They did authorize an MRI that showed a totally different injury from what they THOUGHT. But I’d fired them by then. Do yourself a favor and google TOCA Orthopedists. They’re the real deal.

I had rotator cuff surgery and biceps reattached. Through the entire process trying to reach anyone by phone to get answers is a joke. I only have seen the actual surgeon Dr. ferry twice the day he told me I needed surgery and the day of the surgey. At the office visits I see his PA. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My wife was hit by a car and broke her femur. Dr. Ferry preformed her surgery. He was fine. If you ever need to call them for anything though, don’t expect to have anyone answer the phone. EVER! If you leave a message, which you’ll have to, no one will ever call you back. If your insurance company needs to talk to them they will never get a hold of anyone. When you go to the office and see the staff on the phone they’re apparently just pretending to talk to people. Dr. Ferry’s office assistant, Ernie, is the worst. Learn to answer the phone and return messages from your patients. Worst experience with a doctor’s office I ever been a part of. Treat your patients with a little more courtesy and respect.
