I used Hoffman Refrigeration for our clubhouse, Jonathon the lead tech was so professional, courteous & was so patient with me learning the mechanics of the thermostat. Had also the pleasure to chat with the owner Shannon going above & beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend this air-​conditioning company.

This is a first-​class operation (and I simply cannot believe the reviewer who «awarded» them only one star). These guys dropped everything to install a new AC compressor and air handler for my neighbor, upon my recommendation, just before that recent freeze hit. Further, the owner of the company has consulted with me two or three times on my A/​C and related needs for my home, and wanted nothing for his time doing so. When my 1987 AC unit finally dies, I will «most def» have Hoffman Refrigeration take care of replacing it. They are fair, honest, and always recommend quality products.

Tech was very nice. I called Hoffman because my mom is elderly and i wanted to make sure her AC unit was going to work all summer long since it had not been looked at in a while. the person that came out was very nice to my mom and went over the entire system and found a motor that was leaking oil and recommended replacing it. The tech replaced it in an hour and my moms AC has worked great since then.

I got a phone call on Monday March 17, 2014 from a guy named Donovan for a tune up on my air conditioning unit. Donovan was very informative and polite so I scheduled a tune up from Hoffman Refrigeration to come out the next day. The service technician named Will came out and he did an excellent job. I will be recommending this company to all of my friends and family members. I checked their rating on Better Business Bureau and now I know why they have a A+. I was very impressed with this company! They do a great job and all their staff is very professional.

Didn’t fix it right the first time, a no-​show the second time, rude to me on the phone and when we told a «leak specialist» would be coming to fix what the first guy (Martin) didn’t, guess who walked in the door? Yep, Martin. He then proceeded to speak snidely to me, which became ruder and ruder until he was full-​blown yelling at me. When I started to yell back and ask him why he was so rude, yelling, would not let me finish sentences, etc., he walked away in the middle of my sentence saying, «I don’t have to deal with this!» I kicked him out of my house.
