Haven’t had any issues with them in the last 2 years. They have worked with us on several occasions when we needed it. Also never had to wait for a service call either… Sorry about The above experiences.

Horrible company. DO NOT rent from them. If something breaks on Friday after 5 (like my AC) you will be screwed. They told me to go stay with a friend for the weekend because they don’t reimburse for hotel costs. They don’t have an emergency number and don’t care. Their staff are very rude
