I am there once a week for a haircut. Everyone is very friendly. I’ve been going to Lydia for close to 2 years. She is great and listens to how you want your hair cut. Convenient location and very reasonable wait times.

Went to this location last Monday and realized why you don’t change where you get your hair cut. Got in right away but soon as I sat down my stylist was more concerned with talking to her co-workers than making sure she cut my hair correctly. Long story short she used the clippers for the sides of my head(#3)on top! Yeah got a crew cut without asking for it. Got a weak apology and an assurance that a «manager» would call… didn’t happen of course! SOAVOIDTHISPLACEATALLCOSTS!!!

The place is neat with welcoming staff and a decent ambience. My stylist was courteous and kept asking me my preferences which was considerate but got a bit too tiresome for me. I mean, I do respect the gesture but I like a minimum fuss haircut which does not involve answering numerous questions on how I want each area to be cut — how short, how thin etc. They claim to put in «notes» about you which would be referred to by other stylists in any of their outlets during subsequent visits, which makes the aforementioned process a one time effort. Nevertheless, I found it a bit too cumbersome. The only reason I decided to give them a try was that I had a coupon for $ 7.99. Bottom line — Average haircut, courteous staff, welcoming place, fussy process — may or may not go back.

I’ve been here before and everything depends on who cuts your hair. I tend not to request anyone specific, just because I have such goofy hair, it doesn’t seem to make a differance who cut’s it, it’s never the same twice. The stylist that cut my hair this time did a good job and I was very pleased with the results. Until my next hair cut ;)
