If you work in an industry where you deal with people– here is a hint rolling your eyes at a customer ISALWAYS A BADIDEA. Needless to say if we can’t even get checked in with out attitude we will just leave without a haircut.

Hello, I needed a little trim and I walk by this shop all the time when I go into Safeway and I live real close, so I decided to give them a shot, so easy. The two ladies working were very friendly. Tabitha cut my hair and did a great job and shared some awesome ideas on product. I usually get my hair cut somewhere else but I will use her again because the price was awesome and service was great. Thank you ladies.

I have been going to this location for 10+ year. It is a good place to get your hair cut. They change the staff regularly so It is hard to get someone you like that will cut your hair the same every time. The staff is hit and miss now but does a good job. One suggestion, register online. It makes it faster during busy times.

I visited this Great Clips during a $ 7.99 sale and received the normal quick cut with adequate results. I paid with a credit card and wrote down a total on the receipt of $ 11.00 but when my bill arrived I had been charged $ 12.00…a 50% tip! I returned to the store but each time was told the manager was not on duty so I called the comments phone number on the bottom of the receipt. I talked to a nice lady who said she would refund my entire purchase and have the staff re-trained on using the credit card machine. A couple of months passed without a refund, so I called the number again and left a voice mail which was not returned. It has been over 6 months since my visit and still no refund. Great Clips has lost a customer.

As a perpetual haircut procrastinator, I’m always looking for a convenient place that’s open late. I walked by the Great Clips Biltmore about 7:30pm, checked in online and by 8:15 had a great looking cut from Glen. I’m a fan! And all the stylists are great looking, too!

This was probably one of the more dirtier and unkept Great Clips I’ve seen, and I’ve been in six states in the past few years. Their was hair on the floor and both stylists were just sitting around. The guy at the front was clueless, and asked every question twice. My guy’s haircut was okay, but the lady looked like she was high. I wouldn’t have personally trusted these folks for a women’s cut.
