Jerome installed an A/​C unit in 2012. He had a great price but… when we developed leakage around the roof unit he declined to take any responsibility. Worse yet, we are selling our home and want to know if the warrantee is transferable and also want to know what size unit was installed. I’ve left half a dozen messages and so far no call back. Also, when he was here regarding the leak, he bragged about stealing electricity from the utility company. Not the kind of guy I ever want to deal with again.
