A friend of mine recommended these guys to me. I called them about my laptop that was having hard drive issues. I have to say that Don is extremely knowledgeable and I am grateful for all of his help. He was prompt at returning my calls and over all displayed superior customer service!

I rarely write reviews, but I was so pleased with Don, I wanted to share my experience. I have used Geek Elite twice. Don was my tech both times and he was very responsive, knowledgeable and flexible to accommodate my crazy schedule. I got my computer back very quickly and the cost was reasonable.
I HIGHLY recommend Geek Elite!

Great outfit. I called them when I was at my wits end with my laptop. It was junked up with all sorts of driver issues and I had to close several windows just to print something. Another tech at a big box retail store told me that the cause was a «bad motherboard», but I had to get a second opinion. I was about to trash it and get a new Mac, but I’m glad I called Geek Elite first.
They sent Don out to check on my computer and he was able to get me fixed up pretty quickly and for a reasonable charge. I’d recommend them to anyone that is fed up with their computer.

Amazing service. Fast and reliable. I live across the country so Geek Elite had to remote in to my computer. After two phone calls and about ½ hour, my home computer was as good as new. I would very highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Don and his computer services. My laptop was attacked by several nasty viruses and of course, during a time when I needed the computer to be operational. I called Don in somewhat of a panic because I needed the computer repaired in less than 24 hours in order to use it for an exam for school the next day.
Sure enough, Don knew exactly what the issues were, met me at his location to hand off the computer and assured me he could fix it. That same evening, he called and said it was ready for pick up. I was amazed at how fast and reasonable his services are. Don saved me from losing my data and/​or from buying a new laptop.
His on-​sight services are invaluable and his professionalism is stellar.
