Fresh Wheels Alloy Wheel Repair and Refurbishing

Fresh Wheels came out to fix all 4 scuffed wheels. I decided to go with a semi-​gloss black for the alloy rims on Audi. They came out during the stated window of time. Communication easy by email, text, and phone. Did great job. Wheels look brand new. Didn’t expect them to get rims looking back to original condition given how banged up they were after 3 years of hitting curbs. Very reasonable price quote. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Pleasantly surprised at how good the wheel repair looked when completed. They were very easy to reach, easy to schedule, arrived on time, and I’m happy with the outcome. Will definitely call them again when needed.

What can I say. Great customer service, great communication, and great repair job.

I posted before and after pics. Mike and Brian are two AWESOME guys. Mike called to make sure it was a good time. Brian was on time and the work was very professional. He did not leave a mess on the garage floor. I can’t tell where I actually had the damage once he finished. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will definitely call them first. This review is strictly on customer service, because I haven’t had the work completed yet. Mike is GREAT! He returned my call after hours, very nice, patient, and willing to come to me either st home or work to repair my wheel during the week. I didn’t feel rushed, he explained the process. I felt very comfortable in booking with him to have the work done on Tuesday. Some other companies wanted me to bring in the tire and wheel. That’s a problem since BMW vehicles do not have spares. Fresh Wheel can do the work without removing the tire.

This is not so much a review on their work, but on their capability and customer service. I requested a quote for stripping and repainting a set of stock 20″ wheels for my pickup truck. Basically it would require masking off some areas and repainting with the end result being a two tone finish. Part satin black and part unpainted machined aluminum. It took over a week from the time I requested a quote, to them finally letting me know their were going to pass because my wheels are too detailed. The funny thing is on their website portfolio, they show some much more detailed work on some Porsche wheels. I guess I would rather have them let me know they didn’t want to do them, than to have them screw it up. Only 2 stars because they took so long to let me know they were passing, and I had to be the one to reach out to them to find out, rather than them letting me know in a timely matter.

Couldn’t ask for more. Brian showed up at my work and the job was done in a little over an hour. Doesn’t even look like my rims were curbed.
Reasonable prices and great bang for your buck. Half the price of other quoted places.
Will use them again if (when lol) I curb my rims in the future.

Ryan come to my house today and repaired 3 of my black chrome wheels and they look awesome. The repair is better than I expected. Ryan arrived on time, he was courteous and professional.
I would recommend him to anyone that is needs to get their wheels repaired.

I have 22″ Giovanna wheels that are matte black with a machined lip. I clipped a curb the other day and chewed up one of them pretty badly. After reading the reviews on Unilocal I decided to contact Fresh Wheels via email. Even though it was the weekend, Mike responded quickly and was very helpful and informative. After sending in a few pictures of the wheel he quoted me a fair price of $ 100. I was quoted $ 200 and 2 days to repair by another shop.
I brought my vehicle to Ryan today and he did a phenomenal job. He is extremely talented and a complete perfectionist who obviously takes pride in his business. He let me look on while he performed his magic and I couldn’t believe my eyes. In about an hour he had restored the damaged wheel to like new condition. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole process and end result. I highly recommend Fresh Wheels!

I was a little skeptical of all the 5 star reviews but Ryan certainly earned it. He was prompt, on time, and reasonably priced. He was able to restore the rim of our new Lexus RCF to brand new. You cant tell which wheel had the curb rash on it. Absolutely recommend Fresh Wheels to anyone who is heartbroken about road rash on their rims.

My Review is based on work done on high end HRE wheels with brushed and clear coat finish. Work was done by Ryan, who arrived on time, was professional, courteous and delivered workmanship that exceeded my expectations. Simply outstanding job. Wheels looked like new and there was no evidence of any history of curb rash,

Professional 5 star workmanship ! My 2015 VW GTI had 3 bad curb rashes, Ryan within a few hours had the rims perfect ! Mobile service, combined with precision attention to detail make this your go to for wheel repair!

I scratched up the first rim (aluminum alloy) on my Mercedes when I turned out of an ATM (please tell me why those curbs have to be so big) after having my car for like a week. My husband then dinged up two of the other rims at a DQ drive through and by nailing a curb in a parking spot. While it kills me to have to pay for something like this, it drove me crazy to have a new car with junked up looking rims. After some research, we made an appointment. Tech came out, was pleasant, and-​within an hour-​my rims looked as good as new. I highly recommend this company. I hope I don’t have to use them again but will if I need to…

Found Fresh Wheels through a Google search. Curbed the new AUDI after owning 2 weeks so I had better get it fixed. Called for an appointment and staff was very friendly… gave me a day and time that worked for me and the name of my technician. Robbie showed up on time, told me what to expect and an hour later was extremely happy with the results. Will definitely use them again (need to watch my driving) and recommend them. Price reasonable and they come to me, you can’t beat!

After an extensive search of mobile rim repair specialists I finally settled on Fresh Wheels and I couldn’t be happier. I emailed back and forth with Mike for a week before we mutually decided on a day that would work best for me. Ryan came out at 9am yesterday as promised. He was punctual, professional, and did a incredible job repairing the rim on my X6M. I highly recommend giving them a call for any wheel repair.

Thanks to Fresh Wheels for getting me out of hot water with my husband after I curb checked his car. His car is good as new after being serviced! Don’t look any where else! These guys are great! I found them on Unilocal and glad I tried them first. Just had them out to fix 2 curb damaged wheels on my Saturn Sky. They did an amazing job! Can’t even find the spots they fixed. Fast too, only took 30 – 45 minutes. Very affordable, considering the price of new wheels. I would recommend Fresh Wheels and I would use them again.

Ryan is amazing at what he does. Second time I used him. First time was on my 09 Infiniti that I had curbed at a drive-​thru. They were brand new, very expensive matte black 22″ wheels and he made the one wheel look exactly as it did when it was brand new. I was astounded. Just picked up an M3 a few days ago and the previous owner had curbed 3 out of 4 wheels. Ryan came out, and in 1.5 hours had all the wheels looking brand new, for a fraction of the cost of 1 new wheel. I will always use FreshWheels for any kind of wheel curbage/​dings/​etc!

Great service. Had just bought a new car and dinged up a rim within the first week. Called the dealership to see how much a new rim would be and was floored at the cost. Started researching for wheel repair and found Fresh Wheels. Sent them a picture over email and got a quote back next day. From there, setup an appointment and Sinh came out to my house and within an hour had the wheel looking as good as new at a fraction of the cost of a new rim. Excellent service at a great cost. Definitely recommend. Saving their number, but hoping I don’t have to call again.

I found these guys just through an internet search and thought I would take a chance. I had check on Unilocal first, but didn’t see any reviews so I thought I would add mine. I had scuffed up my rim by driving too close to a curb. These guys were very reasonable, cost-​wise and were easy to schedule. They came to my house for the fix. It took about an hour and looked great. I’m a pretty picky person and wasn’t able to even see where they fixed it. I recommend them.
