I used to like this place. Now, not so much. They allow you to «check in» but that doesn’t mean squat. It does say on their disclaimer that doesn’t give you an appointment. However, why have the system then? Absolutely ridiculous. We’ll drive farther out of our way if we have to next time.

Fast service polite employees. HOWEVER, I paid for a prescription when I left the office. I received another bill for the same prescription. When I called the billing department (480−545−1413 and used key codes 1, 2, 3 AND 4) I could never reach a person. Numerous voicemails and the answering service hung up on me without even ringing! I guess I won’t be paying my bill of 5 bucks. I feel like you guys purposefully don’t answer the billing line.

Only giving a star because I can’t leave zero. I will never return here. I would drive 30 miles out of my way to go somewhere else. I have been in the waiting room for over two hours at this point and they have even taken someone back who arrived AFTER me, even after I pointed out that I arrived here first. I’m not sure what the problem is, but this facility seems to be extremely poorly run, inefficient, and inconsiderate. Save yourself some time and just go to the emergency room instead.

Being a visitor from another state I wasn’t sure where to go when I needed medical attention for a severe cough and wheezing. The reviews for this site were positive, so I visited the clinic on Friday, March 11, 2016 and was very pleased with the service and care that I received. The staff was professional and courteous. The NP that I saw was able to diagnosis my problem, gave me a breathing treatment and prescriptions that I needed. I am feeling so much better and my symptoms have improved considerably. I arrived there about 10 minutes after they opened, and did not find the wait time to be excessive. Bring a book or something else to pass the time with. Wifi is free.

The care I received by the Physician’s Assistant today was top notch. She and her staff gave me full attention, provided on site assistance with my condition which was truly appreciated. She explained thoroughly what the plan was and then provided the prescriptions that will hopefully get me back to health. Wait or no wait, I would go to this FastMed Urgent Care office again.

Great Service! The Nurse Practitioner on duty today was SO nice! She actually seemed like she cared! I can’t even say that about my PCP I’ve been going to for years! She listened to me and she took the time to read the paperwork from my other 3 visits at the Minute Clinic earlier in the week! Wish I had gone here first! I probably would have been better a lot sooner!

I couldn’t be happier with this place I just moved to Az from WA and lost my insurance when I quit my job. This place has a great system where you pay 100 a year and ONLY 35 a visit! SCORE!!!
I went here the sickest I have ever been. After they ran tests, they found out i had a sinus infection, strep throat and 2 ear infections yea it was the worst. They quickly gave me the right medicine (that I bought there for only $ 5 a piece) did i say how much i loved this place!!! Within a day I felt worlds better!!! Thanks guys

We just visited this Urgent Care facility this morning. Ken was very kind and helpful with our check in. He had a great attitude as well. The doctor was carful, knowledgeable and caring. Even though they were really busy, this was much quicker than going to a hospital emergency room. We hope we don’t have to visit them again, but if we do, this will be our choice.
