Words cannot describe how thankful I am for everything Jen did for me! I admittedly had a tight budget and big floral dreams. Jen understood and absolutely worked hard to deliver the vision I had within my price range. Everything beyond exceeded my expectations and created the most beautiful and stunning environment. She complimented and enhanced both the freshness of my spring time wedding venue with my glitz and glam style. It was absolutely incredible. I didn’t feel like I had a cookie cutter floral design it truly felt like Jen was in my head to capture all of my visions and not only bring them to life, but to blow me away. My first «bridal moment» was when I saw my bouquet and cried! One of my bridesmaids yelled «finally!» Because I was so calm prior, that truly says it all! Just amazing! I was elated! Also, all of that said, I feel like I made a friend with Jen which was amazing and I felt like I could really trust in her. Couldn’t ask for better!

Extremely disappointed. Extremely. I was referred by a friend as she had used Ever After Florals for her wedding. I met with Jen once. I was extremely excited about hiring her for my wedding and she came up with a bunch of wonderful ideas. Being in the bridal industry myself, I promised to help promote her business and couldn’t wait to have her do my flowers for my wedding. Several calls and emails post our meeting, never did I get a response! Not one single response or acknowledgement. So glad I chose not to go with her, because she could have very well stood me up for my wedding. Extremely disappointed and appalled at the lack of professionalism. Next! Oh, and I’ve ensured that every single bride I work with on a daily basis, to not use her!
On another bridal website. I provided this review and was given a response from Jen stating that she indeed emailed me notifying that she had booked my wedding date with another client. At our meeting she did specifically state that she does not double book. I totally get that. I do. But the problem was I’ve looked at my Junk Mail, my Inbox and everywhere else to find this «supposed» correspondence with me stating she booked with another client and have ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER of any written or electronic correspondence stating she had already booked the date of my wedding… this after several unreturned phone calls too.

I met with 3 different florists before my wedding and ended up choosing Jennifer because she seemed to understand my vision, and her price was less than the other two. When my wedding day arrived I saw my flowers and unfortunately it was not what I had asked for at all. The flowers were beautiful but they did not look anything like all the pictures I had shown her in our multiple meetings together. I wanted all different shades of purple’s and she gave me mostly pink. She dropped the flowers off at my venue and immediately left without finding me to say hello and make sure I was happy with her work (not that we could have changed anything at that point). I decided I wasn’t going to let anything ruin my big day so I let it go. Don’t sweat the small stuff right? The most important part to me was that I specifically requested orchids. I didn’t care which kind, but it had to be an orchid. I showed her pictures of multiple species that I liked in case some were not available to her. She told me it would be no problem incorporating them into my centerpieces/​bouquets. I spent the majority of my budget on them as they are very expensive flowers. Well, I got my orchids and was very pleased about that aspect. When the wedding was over, I brought most of the centerpieces back home with me. Over time the small flowers started to die but my orchids were still doing really well. I took special care of them and wanted to keep them alive for as long as I could because they were so sentimental to me. Well after a few weeks they still looked perfect. My husband mentioned to me that he thought it was strange, but I didn’t think twice about it. Finally, one night he took a pair of scissors and cut into the stock. It was made of wire and plastic! I was so shocked and appalled that she had done this to me. I trusted her! What kind of florist uses fake flowers without disclosing it to the person paying for them? I confronted her via email and she had the nerve to say that she had every right to use fake flowers because she was unable to order any of the orchids I liked. If this was the case, why didn’t she just call me and tell me that when she was placing the order? I would have rather had ANY other type of flower, than fake flowers. She even lied and said she had told me they were fake on the day of my wedding. I never even saw her or spoke to her the day of my wedding! She gave me fake flowers to save money and all of my hard earned wedding money went straight into her pockets. In other words, I got ripped off. I am still so angry about this but all I can do is tell other people about my experience and hope that another bride does not fall victim to her.

Jen provided the flowers for the bridal shower my sister and I gave a couple of weeks ago. We met with Jen at the space she shares with a wonderful bakery on Cave Creek Road. She paid close attention to what we wanted to achieve, color wise and style wise… she couldn’t have been nicer to work with. A time was set for her to arrive at the home where the shower was held… she arrived at exactly the time that was planned. We had ordered quite a few arrangements… they arrived in perfect condition, in the vessels we had provided plus a few that she arranged in her own silver vessels. We couldn’t have been more pleased. All guests commented on the beauty of the flowers. We wanted a modern mix of succulents and «maybe some yellow and purple». Jen somehow knew exactly what we wanted and created the most stunning floral/​succulent displays. She definitely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Ever After Florals.

My flowers were so beautiful and Jennifer’s prices were very affordable too! So many people asked me if they were real, they were that beautiful. They were absolutely incredible and did the most wonderful job. I had no idea they would be so pretty, I was blown away. The flowers were delivered right on time and I didn’t have to worry one bit about this part of my wedding. I recommend Ever after floral to anyone who ever needs a florist. At my consultation with Jennifer she picked up immediately the look I was going for and made great recommendations on my final pick.
