Encinas Meat

Alright! I had to prepare for a 300 people catering, and was looking for a big amount of meat, that was of really good quality, and that wouldn’t spend my whole budget.
I called around the places that I found on the internet, to check on prices, availability of the type of meat & cut I was looking for.
The vast majority of the places didn’t know the prices, I was asked to call back to get that info, but when I called Encinas Meat, I was greeted over the phone by a very nice and helpful person. Carlos (he might be the owner), knew what I was looking for, and had all the information I needed.
When I went there to place the order and pay, Carlos was the one who was attending the front desk. The place from the outside doesn’t look like much, just a very generic sign outside, and don’t expect a small grocery store in the inside, they actually have a big refrigerator with fish, and some cuts of meat out front, and there is a window where you can see the people working on the big pieces of meat. I was very happy with the service, and the quality of the meat, and will most definitely be coming back for my next events.
