The girl I had was awful. I asked for a deep tissue/therapeutic massage, she was so rough. I kept saying that hurts and ow. I even said I’m done with this massage style. She kept saying my muscles were really tight. I feel completely bruised. I called and they’re giving me another massage with someone else but I told her I can’t even schedule yet until I’m healed.

One of the two stars goes to the puppy that was at the front desk with the manager, and my second one goes to the 10 out of the 50 minute massage I got yesterday. When I called to make My apt, the gentlemen asked me how I want my massage, I told him medium pressure, but more closer to deep tissue. I was looking forward to my massage for two days. When I finally got there, I was so disappointed. The lady I had asked me how I wanted my pressure I told her exactly what I told the guy over the phone, and she replied with«oh I don’t do deep tissue but I’ll do my best». I said that’s totally okay then. When she began the massage, she was just spreading the lotion around with 0 pressure the entire time! For 10 minutes she was actually working on my knots that I asked her to do, and that was the only time I felt anything and was good. The rest of the massage, terrible. Probably the worst massage I’ve ever received. I don’t do Unilocal reviews, but this one had to be made. Was such a waste of money, I could have had my fiancé who I was with just rub my back with lotion for free.

Marcus is awesome! Very knowledgable. He really helped me with my plantar faciitis and a few sports injuries. Highly recommend. Front desk staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Theresa is the best massage I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend her. Everyone has always been friendly during my visits.

My experience with this place was horrible. I signed up for a six month membership after I had one massage. They said I could cancel at anytime. I have not had one good massage at this place. The masseuses seem very inexperienced. Besides that, the administration side of this place was awful. I did not have one appointment that was not messed up somehow. They double booked one, they didn’t cancel one, I had changed an appointment to a different day and I still got a phone call for the cancelled appointment asking me where I was. I finally cancelled the membership and they still took funds out of my account. Nothing about my experience at this location was good. I had gone to a different elements and had a much better experience. I believe these are all independently owned.

This gets 3 stars only b/c my husband and I both enjoyed our massages. Booked as our birthday presents, I know he thoroughly enjoyed his. CJ was my masseuse and he did great. Poor guy had his work cut out for him on my back. However, when I was done and trying to pay, I had not one but TWO front desk reps trying to pressure me into a membership. I said not at this time and the one kept going. Then I mentioned that I was going to be joining a gym and they tried to say that this was the same thing or something to that effect. Um, no. They kept going and going and going. Seriously, this was a special occasion and a gift. I ended up leaving starting to feel stressed again. I won’t go back. I’ll go to a small, local spa and spend more money where I won’t be pressured to join a scam club, from the other reviews I’m reading.

I give it two stars because the front desk staff is horrendous and depending on the room you’re in, there’s a lot of noise from the wine painting place next door. The massage therapists are decent and the prices aren’t too bad. I would go back if it wasn’t for the front desk staff… they’re the worst!

I had a Spafinder gift card and this place was on the list of places I could use it at. I made an appointment online because I was already there looking up all of the available locations, and I knew I wanted the massage that afternoon, so I just went ahead and booked it. I don’t get massages often, so I didn’t know what the different«levels» are for each massage therapist, but when I arrived and the therapist asked if there was anything specific I was looking for, I told her that my back had been hurting and I would love for her to focus on that. Well, the massage starts and she is literally barely touching me the pressure is so soft. I asked for more firm pressure, and she said«sure, no problem», but only applied more pressure for about 30 seconds. She massaged my back for maybe 10 minutes, and then proceeded to massage my legs for like 30 minutes! I told her I wanted the focus on my back! She never even touched my lower back at all! I gently complained to the front desk that I didn’t get what I asked for, and they basically blamed me for booking online and picking a therapist with a low level… even though I had no idea what the levels meant and there was no explanation on the website. I’m pretty upset I wasted my gift card on a barely there back massage and a leg massage!!!

If I had to review the massage itself I would rate it 5 stars. Gina was my therapist and she did an incredible job. Unfortunately I did not care for the high pressure sales tactics of the business. I had bought a groupon a few months ago and almost forgot about it. I booked my massage before the Groupon expired. As soon as I checked in they have a person sit down with you to go over membership and packages. The girl that did that was very nice. I didn’t have a problem with her at all. I told her and the other front desk people that I had a membership somewhere else so I was not interested in signing up. The girl who presented me the membership info left me alone. However after my massage one of the other front desk ladies(the manager?) started asking me questions about my membership at the other place and really putting the pressure on to quit my existing membership and join them. I felt very uncomfortable. Not a good way to end a relaxing massage!

Read full review. Bought the 90 minute groupon. My masseuse had dry cold hands I tried to convince myself it’ll get better. It didn’t! I could feel my masseuses sweat through the oil. I had to keep pulling up the blanket because the masseuse kept exposing my underwear throughout the massage. It felt like I was getting a rub down from a hormonal teenager. You better believe that I complained! Elements gave me a free massage with Amber. The first masseuse was a zero, Amber was hero! I told her my problem areas she worked them to the max. I asked for a deep tissue/Swedish. Man oh man she was amazing. Amber is the ONLY reason for the rating and review.

My wife and had been going there for quite some time. The massage therapist were always nice and friendly, but the staff and managers were always rude and discourteous. After a debacle with canceling our membership, it took 3 months before our auto payment was canceled. Frustrated, we asked for just refund on the last 2 but they refused. Even though the staff assured us the manager would call us back, they never did. Over 3 months went by. I would very much advise going to a different place. The turnaround for massage therapists are very quick at the place and it is not worth it to stay there. I might have gone up a couple stars if they treated me better, but unfortunately they did not.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage and although I forgot her name, she is definitely Eastern European and she was really good. We had some good conversation while she gave me a deep tissue massage. I was pretty stressed and had lots of knots before my massage but she managed to get most of them taken care of in the hour I was there. I think their prices are a bit higher than the average chain so if i find myself with extra cash I will definitely be back.

RIPOFFARTISTS!!! Do not sign Membership with Elements Massage!!! I canceled my Membership & was charged $ 59 a month for 8 months!!! They REFUSE to refund their FRAUDULENT charge of $ 600.00 back to me! ELENA the Manager for months would not return my calls, Angie her«Lackey» was rude & acted like she couldn’t comprehend the situation, and another Manager Leah is offering me $ 117.00. ILLEGALBUSINESS!!! SHADYMANAGERS!!!

We book a reservation for four deep tissue massages at this location. When we arrived at the location they did not have a reservation and said that one of the employees did not write down the reservation. They did offer give us a gift card for one free massage which was a nice start but there were four of us that we’re left out in the cold. Each one of us should of received a complimentary gift are or at the least a discount for each of us for another massage at another time. My two star review is not a review of the massage since we couldn’t get one. This review is only focused on the lack of compensation for the time taken out of our day and being that is was an anniversary that time is valuable

My husband and I have been working crazy hours so we set aside a day to catch up. He wanted to surprise me for our date day together. When we pulled up to Elements, I was excited. Who doesn’t love impromptu massages? Everything seemed fine as we waited in the lobby. His masseuse came to get him and I kept waiting for mine. Twenty minutes later I was told that my masseuse was a no show. So much for his sweet surprise. I ended up sitting in the lobby for an hour waiting for him with no massage. Really disappointing for both of us. Next time we plan a date day, we will be sure to use a service that we can trust to come through for us.

Knee deep in third trimester of pregnancy and having pretty stiff muscles accompanied with lower back and neck pain. Ive been seeing Slavica since first trimester and I can tell you, this lady works wonders! She finds my tight spots almost immediately, proving she knows her business and is always cautious to make sure baby and I are comfortable, receiving the proper care and pressure appropriate for pregnancy. I would recommend her to anyone, especially during their pregnancy.

Sometimes it’s okay to spoil yourself when it comes to health and wellness! I am not a frequent flyer when it comes to massages. However, my aunt had been raving about Elements, after she was referred by someone else. I happened to stumble across a Groupon after hearing about it. I must say, it is well beyond worth it! I went to the PV location, and recommend Slavica. You can tell she has a lot of experience. She was gentle but firm; I almost fell asleep twice. The ambience of Elements is also very soothing and nurturing. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the massage rooms and beds are a little cooler than I like; not sure if there is much that can be done about that… and it would be nice to offer guests water or coffee on their way in. I did get a complimentary bottle of water on the way out, and a Hershey kiss, which were both a nice touch! :)

I had to start up massage therapy again since being an ICU nurse does take a toll on your shoulders, back and well just about everything! The dilemma I had was: do I go back to Massage Envy or try a new place? Massage Envy has too many revolving therapists and really felt like a piece of meat being shoved around every month so I quit them(yeah and that took an act of congress to do so!). I heard about Elements and they were having a new member special so I tried them and after 3 months, I am a fan! I have used two therapists so far, Mathew and Juliana and both of them were fantastic! I get the 55 minute session which for members is $ 59 a month or you can opt for 88 minutes which is more. Perks include a free upgrade on your birthday and other stuff. So far, this place has not let me down!

**DISCLAIMER** I have not had a massage here. That is why I am giving three stars, even though my sole experience with this place has been negative so far and warrants a one star, it would not be fair, because I have not experienced a massage here… Coming to this page on Unilocal,I read: «$ 44 for $ 89 deal.» I interpreted that as: I pay $ 44 and receive $ 89 worth of service. If you check their website, it states that an 80 minute massage costs $ 89. So I assume this all means that I pay $ 44 for an 80 minute massage. Perfect! Well, I call them and was told that the $ 89 dollar deal is actually for a one hour massage. That is their deal. $ 89 for one hour. So that means $ 44 will only cover one hour. The receptionist states that she will give me the 80 minute for $ 65 but the massage is a bit later in the afternoon, and I was looking for something earlier. By this point, I had already given her my CC# on the phone to hold the spot, but I am glad I clarified with her the final cost. I was feeling a bit confused but soon realized where the misunderstanding was. It was in the wording of the Unilocal ‘deal’. I explained what I thought I would get for the $ 44, and that I was not interested in the massage anymore, but was sure to remain polite and thank her for her time. This is when the problems begin… The receptionist was really really trying to get me booked. Really trying. Too hard. Uncomfortably hard. She just could not understand that I was not interested in that offer any longer. By the time I finally convinced her that I was not interested, she scoffed and said, «alright.» I got off the phone feeling all sorts of bad vibes and uneasiness. I didn’t necessarily NEED a massage before, but now I feel that I NEED one just to relax. Luckily, I feel a bit better after writing this review. Unfortunately, I will not be taking my business here today. I might try again in the future. Maybe.

Decided to have a massage after a super long international flight. Went online and after reading Unilocal reviews for Spa’s– Massage businesses near me, I made a reservation for an 80 minute massage. Matthew at Elements was able to work out all of my knots and sore muscles. He was very professional. At check out the reception asked how it was, and did I want to make another appointment. I told them Matthew was great. Very relaxing. And I would need to call them to schedule next appointment. No pressure to sign up for their membership.
