So, it was our anniversary and of course my fiancé had a card and present for me on the kitchen table as soon as I woke up. WHOOPS, I was NOT as prepared! I rushed to Sprouts to try and find some chocolate and strawberries that I could whip together for an after dinner treat and noticed that there was an Edible Arrangements right next door! I frantically ran in(thinking there was no way that they could whip something together in 10 minutes) and SUREENOUGH, they were so accommodating and whipped together a gorgeous box of chocolate covered pineapple(our favorite!), bananas, apples, and strawberries. They were even honest and said that they were not pleased with the strawberries that had just come in but I insisted and promised that I would have no complaints! :) Who knew that Edible Arrangements can create a wonderful gift at the drop of a hat? I always thought that you had to call ahead, order online, you know the drill. Thank you for saving the day!!! I am sure I will be back for future anniversaries. ;)

I love the concept and thought behind this, but ultimately I think its over rated and overpriced. I have bought couple of arrangements in the past year and I think this time will be my last. Recently I bought an arrangement for my fiancée. I ordered a variety of arrangements, primarily chocolate covered strawberries, bananas, pineapple and apples. Most of the fruit wasn’t even ripe and the strawberries were GREEN! I understand they probably don’t want to use ripe fruit, cause it won’t last or hold, but what’s the point of tasting unripened fruit? Sure the arrangement was beautiful but for 100.00, it better be. So the arrangement looks good on the eyes, but tastes horrible. That’s pretty much what your getting. Overall, I’m not too impressed. Too expensive and the quality of the fruits, just isn’t there.

Was going to order a bouquet that seemed kinda small for the price, but it was within my budget so that’s what I was gonna go with. Then realized the pics they use for the items are always the large version though the price is for the small version. This seems borderline false advertisement to me. At the least it’s certainly deceptive. The small version was unacceptable to me so I chose something else. That was problem #1. I needed this for my boss at work on a particular day. I also needed it to be ready for pickup when they first opened the shop on that day. I placed the order several days in advance and was told this would be no problem. I even called the day before to confirm and was told it would be fine. On the day of, I called at 9 when they opened and was told they were working on it and to give them til 11a. I explained that I needed to come pick this up right now due to meetings all morning and told her I had confirmed TWICE that my order would be ready for pickup. She said she was sorry and it wasn’t ready. I said well I guess I have to wait til the afternoon to come get it and I hung up. I was pretty peeved. Fast forward 30 mins and she calls me back. «I’m sorry but the order was actually ready. I just didn’t see it». Are you kidding me? At that point I didn’t have time to drive over to get it so I said I would have to come get it when I had the time. I go to pick it up finally and there was no apology. No appreciation. Bottom line: WAY too expensive for what you get and the service you receive makes it that much more unbearable. I will NEVER purchase an Edible Arrangement again.

This place went out of their way to accommodate an order, and they even worked overtime to make sure it got delivered to the right place. They have excellent customer service and truly care.

Thank you so much for being so helpful getting the birthday edible arrangement to my friend on her bday. Even though she was at work when they attempted to deliver the driver left her a voice mail and I received a call from the store and a very nice employee there named Shaunie offered to drop it off on her way home if the driver wasn’t there when my friend got home. I felt compelled to acknowledge how awesome this store is and how helpful Shaunie was. They really care and they went out of their way to make sure my friend got her delivery. Thank you so much!!! My friend loved her arrangement!!! :)

Wow, the other locations in Phoenix received awful reviews. The one with the lady who parks in the handicapped spot is inexcusable! I wouldn’t go there either. However, for this location(EAs are independently owned)…I live in Denver and ordered a fruit basket with chocolate dipped fruit for my mom & dad who live in Phx. The order went to the Indian School address. They couldn’t be more pleased. The presentation was great, and the fruit was fresh and delicious. I’ve ordered locally in Denver and also in Daytona Beach, FL,(all online ordering) and have had great experiences.
