Eagle Property Management is the worst management company I have ever encountered in my 10+ years of renting in AZ. They do not keep the property clean, do horrible maintenance (when they DO maintenance they make it as inconvenient as possible for anyone living at their properties — like painting and resurfacing in July in AZ), and are extremely difficult to deal with on all issues. It takes days to get a callback from anyone at the company and when Kelsey (the «owner») called us back, she was short, rude, and really disappointing to resolve any issues. — As we have told many friends and we soon will be moving — RUN before you move in to one of their properties.
