Placed an order on a Saturday, did not expect it to ship until Monday. Monday afternoon the status of my order was still PROCESSING, so I inquired when it would ship and was told they were out of stock and expected them in Wednesday or Thursday.
Thursday came and my order was still listed as PROCESSING. I contacted them again and was told they expected them in stock Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction that their website did not show they were out of stock and if it would have I would have bought them somewhere else, but of course that would have taken money out of their pocket. At this point they canceled my order without me asking them to, and the biggest disappointment is they did not notify me of the cancellation.

I purchased a product from them and had to return it. They charged me a restocking fee for something that shipped directly from dometic and that I returned directly to dometic’s warehouse. They said they charged me for talking to them on the phone using there 800 number, and that they arranged for me to return the product to dometic. Also they said it was my fault for not downloading and reading the installation manual to ensure that it would fit. I just went off what the advertisement was. I would understand if they had to restock the product themselves or had to repackage it etc. but like I said in the beginning they never even touched the product. As a small business owner and an active navy senior chief, I understand the cost to do business, I also understand the cost to keep a customer returning so that they will spend more of there money. 5 phone calls to them and dyers making 2 or 3 calls to dometic should not have cost me! I will never give them my business nor recommend them to anyone. They should realize that there are many many other companies out there that sell the same products for close to the same price!
