Dunkin’ Donuts

Thanks for the big ball of raw dough bagel this morning :(wish I noticed that before I got to work for my 10hr day.

I’m actually tempted to give this Dunkin’ Donuts 4 stars for the drive thru alone… but it is a chain and aside from the drive thru, there isn’t anything that special or unique about it. So, three stars it is.
I’ve actually never been inside this location. I’ve driven thru a handful of times for coffee and/​or munchkins and I’ve always been pleased with the consistency of the product and ease /​speed of pulling up to the window and placing my order to getting that first sip /​bite!
Last visit I had my dog with me and the girl working gave me an extra munchkin as a treat… so sweet!

Best Coffee and Donuts. It’s Dunkin’ not much else to say.

First of all, I am BEYOND sad that I do not live minutes from this DD anymore. I first started drinkin DD when I lived in Boston and cannot get enough! It’s like liquid crack!
This location is so unique and reminds me of the staff I would meet at Boston locations – remembering your order, saying hi, asking how work was, etc. They treat you like a friend!
The iced coconut coffee is my fav and they ran out a few days in a row once. The staff was really patient with me while I figured out my alternative and they even suggested a couple new flavors that I tried that were pretty good!
Overall, this is my favorite AZ DD location!

So I went to this place a few times.
The donuts are Ok, they are donuts nothing special.
In reality I would rather go pick up donuts from QT gas station (with coffee, read below).
Another thing that killed this place for me, is they don’t know how to make ICED COFFEE. I prefer iced coffee when the weather is hot/​warm which in Arizona is frequent. So I will order ice coffee with cream and sugar. Ok anyone who likes iced coffee know if you use a granulated sugar product you add that into HOT coffee.
Apparently the people who made my iced coffee drinks didn’t know that. I got iced coffee with a thick layer of sugar at the bottom of my cup.
Not just once, or twice, but THREE TIMES.
The first time I said ok just a mistake, give a try one more time. Second time I figured they didn’t know how to make iced coffee so I was done.
I got a coupon for a free coffee, so I used it got an iced coffee (the free made me forget that it’s horrible even when free). Took one sip and ended up throwing it away in the trash can right outside the door.
McDonalds has better coffee.
QT gas stations have better coffee.
Also selection on both donuts and bagels are very limited no matter what time you go in.
People are nice, but their iced coffee making skills are horrible.
Drive a few more blocks and go to Bosa Donuts on Indian School around 36^th Street.
Better products, and it does not take for ever to turn out of the parking lot.

Quick service, but the selection of donuts is lacking at 7:30am. You’d think they would be fully stocked and ready to go.

at this Dunkin Donuts they definitely take care of the drive thru before the walk ups. Everytime I come in here there are at least 3 or 4 cars that were in the drive thru as I walk in that are driving out f the drive thru before I even get served. I’m a honestly never come back to this location. It happens every single time I come here and it just happened again today right now. It’s really aggravating when you have two clerks who are working their asses off to get the drive thru taken care of While totally blowing off the walk up people.

I like dunkin’ but the service sucks. The cashier was rude but I would be too if I had that job.
She messed up on our order didn’t go back to change it because it would’ve been a waste of time she probably would’ve messed up on that as well.
Just left dunkin’ 20min ago!

After hearing all the hype, the commercials on tv, etc… I finally got to experience Dunkin Donuts first hand. I tried their donuts, coffee and breakfast sandwich. HMMM… Let’s just say, I am not too disappointed that i don’t have access to one locally. Their donuts were dry, my local donuts shop have way better donuts.

The food and price was exceptionally good, I was excited due to my hometown not having more than one dunkin donuts within 20miles from my house but the service could have been friendlier.

My coworker and I have had to come here the past few days because our local Starbucks is under construction and has been quite undependable! We are more than satisfied with the available food and coffee choices. I also like that there is no line and both times, the employees have been very courteous– especially for 4:30 am! Thanks for coming through for us by helpin us with our caffeine and early morn food fix! WE APPRECIATE YOU, DD!

I wake up with a smile knowing I’ll soon have a cup of their delicious coffee.

Have you been dunkin lately? If not make sure to check this one out. Prices are cheaper then Starbucks and coffee tastes better. What’s not to like about that?
There is a set of standards to be expected these days when it comes to coffee. What about service? At this DD the service is fast. From drive tru window to walking in, your coffee will be ready in 1 minute or less. It’s a rather simple relationship between any customer and any retailer. You provide the coin, they provide the service. And this DD work very good from that perspective.

The drive-​thru open until 9pm, but the in-​store service closed at 8pm. Haven’t had a chance of trying it out, will do it hopefully soon.

Not the Dunkin Donuts that everyone remembers.
Two tiny shelves of stale donuts… I guess when the grocer is selling your way overpriced coffee like gangbusters, you can forget what got you there in the first place.

I do love Dunkin Donuts… specifically the Toasted Coconut and Chocolate Frosted cake. :)
Pretty much 99% of the time I get the Coffee & 2 donuts combo (of course the Toasted Coconut & Chocolate Frosted cake).
I used to go here WAY too often — so often, that they know it’s me when I order at the drive-​thru. Cause I get the «Toasted Coconut & Chocolate Frosted cake»…
And seriously, I have to say that everytime — cause for a long time they would mess up and give me a chocolate glazed donut or chocolate frosted glazed donut — — def not the same.
Friendly staff. Make sure you get the coffee punch card if you order alot of Medium-​sized coffees here…

Sadly, and sadly because I try not to eat out, this is on my way to work: P
They always get my order right and there is rarely ever a line if you get there before the 8 oclock rush.
I’m from Chicago and we’re Dunkin Donuts originals, all old, all dinky but good donuts. This location is really quite nice and modern!

We have been there a few times for coffee. The coffee is very good. The customer service is good. The price is great compared to Starbuck’s and the drive through is quick and easy. One night we stopped by for decaf. After staying awake until 2 am, I realized that the coffee was caffeinated. That was not so good.
The donuts are terrible. They don’t taste like what I remember as a kid. There was no depth to the cake donut and it was super light and spongy. Not what I think of when it comes to a cake donut. On top of it, the donut tasted like chemicals. I’m not sure if it was the frosting. It certainly did not have that homemade taste. Wishell’s on McDowell is much better.
