Dunkin’ Donuts

If I could give it zero stars today I would. I’ve had donuts here many times and I love how fresh they are and the filled donuts are always really filled. Well today I was extremely disappointed. I finished nearly the whole donut before I found the cream. Honest to god. …only my last two bites had any cream. I was there at 6:30 in the morning. You’d think I could get a fresh donut. The donut I had was as hard as a rock. I think it had been sitting out for 3 days! !! I have been on a diet and this was my special treat. Had I not needed breakfast, I would have never wasted calories on this crap. So disappointed. This was always one of the best dunkin donuts in town.

My first visit to this DD location. What a pleasant, happy, clean, relaxing place with the friendliest efficient staff. I only wish I lived or worked closer to this location. It beats all the others I have been to. Thanks for starting my day with a SMILE. Delicious Donuts and coffee.

My experience at this Dunkin’ has always been pretty good.
I stop in on an infrequent basis (via drive thru) for some munchkins or a half-​dozen donuts. The ladies that work at this location are nice and they are always smiling when I pull up to the drive thru window.
They aren’t too busy when I come in, I’ve never had to wait too long to place an order. Their selection is nice, the donuts are usually fresh, and the prices aren’t terrible. Would I prefer a local donut shop to Dunkin’?
Maybe.
But in terms of proximity to my house, this place can’t be beat. So they will get my business whenever I decide that a sweet snack is in order. Mornings are obviously better in terms of the freshness of their donuts, I wouldn’t come in the afternoon. But that’s just me.

I Like DD (Dunkin Donuts). I’m from New England, where there is a DD on almost every corner. I came into This particular one here on 2420 W. Bethany Home and just received horrible service. The food and drink was actually ok. But, the employees were rude, inattentive, and oblivious to quality customer service.

I’m a huge dunkin fanatic so if you’re reading this wondering if you should go get coffee here stop now and just go. I’m only writing this in hope the managers read these because today I went and had the two most wonderful employees served me, one hilarious guy in a goofy bow tie and a girl (sorry I didn’t catch their names). If I wasn’t obsessed with dunkin in general I would’ve gone back just for them.

This place is not even worth the star I’m giving them! My daughter took me here today, she order a pumpkin spice Coolada, it had a hair on the whip cream!!! So I took some pictures, I call to speak to the manager. She was nice about it. Told us to just bring the recite. I also told her that I had threw mine in the trash because I didn’t know if there was hair inside mine since it had a lid and mine was a mocha latte and I couldn’t see what it looks like from the inside.
So go to get my money back, I show her the pictures, she says” huh we don’t even have brown hair!!“
To be honest it looked like a pubic hair! I will post the pictures you be the judge.

I go here at least twice a week. All the drive thru workers are super nice and sweet. There is rarely a wait. However the taste of the drinks are not consistent. It depends who is the barista that day.

Dunkin Donuts always does a good job, and the staff has been friendly every time i been there. they always make the drinks on point and delicious.

Just stopped in here with my youngest daughter. Brianna A was wonderful! She was kind to my daughter made her a special donut, and also advised me on the best deal on donuts! We will be back soon just to see her!

I drive a little farther to frequent this location as opposed to the one at 19^th Ave & Northern. Service has always been friendly and my order is always correct.

Donuts or Doughnuts?
Sometimes, when I have a hankering for a donut and latte, I find myself driving towards Dunkin Donuts.
Maybe because Dunkin Donuts is such a good deal. If you purchase a refillable mug you can get refills of almost anything you want for a $ 1.00 and if you fill out a survey on the back of the receipt you can get a free donut.
The selection is great, staff is friendly, and the quality outstanding. If you’re every in the area stop by.

I am going to be nice… they where busy… I am going to be nice.
I stopped by around 7:45 ish so it was hectic in there. Customer service is usually great not so much today but again they were busy so I wont complain too much. Coffee was great better than any other DD that I’ve been to. Food not so great I ordered a croissant and it was burned I mean the edges where black. Had to cut those parts off so I practically only got ½ a croissant.

Customer service was rude and had me pull to the back to wait for my food which was no biggie at first. 7 minutes later someone comes out and hands me my food. When I opened my food at work I found about 5 soggy hash browns in a large bag. So I thought ok I get it let’s move on to the sandwich and with no surprise at all the sandwich was crap too. Burnt until black on the edges of the chicken, the biscuit portion was over cooked as well. It’s almost like that was the biscuit that’s been slow cooking in the back for 2 days. If you’re going to pride yourselves on breakfast foods and coffee at least put some effort into it. I get early mornings suck, but you don’t have to suck too.

Been in many DD’s and this one has the best customer service ever. Bought a plain bagel with cream cheese and coffee. Other places are so cheap on the cream cheese not this one.

I’ve only ever been to dunkin donuts twice in my life so far and both visits were here. The counter lady was pleasant. The place was clean. Both times we went it was empty so we didn’t have to wait. I guess I always built up dunkin like it was going to be an extraordinary experience, but it’s been average.
My college student loves it tho!
The French crueller was yummy. I thought the caramel twist latte drink was incredibly sweet for me & I’m definitely not a fan of it.
I’m sure I’ll be back, though. my family loves it here.

This was the second store we visited. The first one at 1931 W Northern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85 021 had run out of donuts and we’re not making more. So when looking for a Dunkin come to this one where they make them all day long. Good food

This is a great place… I use the drive thru and everyone has been very kind and friendly.

I stop at this location sometimes when I don’t feel like making coffee at home. Today I was in a terrible mood when I stopped. Everyone here is always so nice, smiling and pleasant! Made my day a little better.

i love this location its off of the 17^th and there are outlets wohooo! try their butter pecan iced coffee with caramel so good and also the white chocolate :)

So! Fun fact! If you do the survey on the bottom of the receipt, they’ll honor it as a coupon for a free medium coffee. Hot or cold. Boom! They don’t usually give you a receipt for it, but if you want another receipt, you can order two munchkins for $.55 including tax! Try a mix of caramel and mocha swirl! Sooooo yummy!

You can’t do the survey for a free drink anymore. I emailed them saying that I understood why they had to stop, but was sad to see it go, and they sent me a $ 5 gift card for my feedback. Who does that?! Awesome people, that’s who! I’ll always go back there!
