Ding Doctor AZ

Great work, responsive. Called on a Saturday, sent photos via text of damage, and was able to get scheduled Monday to repair. Very happy with services and hopefully I’ll never need them again… but if I do I won’t hesitate to call Ding Doctor.

When my coworker told me I had a nasty door ding in my new car, I thought he was being a jerk and it was a cruel joke to get me outside for something nefarious. When I saw the giant inverted pimple in my door I felt like crap. I found Ding Doctor here on Unilocal,and chose them because they had mobile service (the other highly rated guys didn’t) and would give me an estimate by texting them a few photos of the dent without having to drive somewhere or commit to anything. It was a simple, albeit very informal process. I texted some pics, got a reply that it would be about $ 100 and that the work could be done right away. The whole process from there was pretty cool — I just texted back my address, and boom Calin shows up with a truck full of tools that look like torture devices from medieval times. After confirming the dent in person was like the photo, he grabbed his torture tools and contorted them into various holes in the door making my car look like new brand new again. I paid cash, had no problems whatsoever, and love the result. I’m picky with my car (a Sakhir Orange BMW M3), so was thrilled it met my expectations. I’m writing this review for my husband.
He bought a new, used car a few weeks ago that had a couple of dings. After searching Unilocal for reviews I decided to give this place a try.
I called first thing in the morning, sent him a couple of pictures and within 3 – 4 hours he was at my work place making the repairs. I highly recommend Ding Doctor, way cheaper than going to a body shop. I used to be skeptical of mobil-fix-it-guys…not anymore.

Does a good job, but jacks up the price by over 10% if you try to pay with credit card. I «negotiated» to decrease fee to $ 25. That’s right, he wanted $ 50 for use of credit card over originally stated price.

Texted Calin my ding in the AM and he was out that afternoon at my work, working his magic. Great price and phenomenal job. I can’t believe how amazing my car looks. I highly recommend and the price was extremely fair. Thanks!

Calin has always done a great job on our customers vehicles. The company that I work for has used him for several years and would highly recommend that anyone in need of a dent repair give him a call!
After the Arizona hail storm a few years back I watched Calin pull near 100 dents out of a Ford F350 and it looks brand new!

My VW Passat was dinged in the parking garage the other week — bummer. Anyways, I reached out to Ding Doctor AZ and received a quick response from Calin. Because of the mobile service he was able to fix my car while I was at work. When I came home that afternoon to inspect it for the first time, I was blown away. Calin either bought me a brand new Passat, switched out the license plate and VIN, and placed it in my driveway, OR he is just some kind of wizard. Either way, I am very pleased and I’m not asking any questions. My car looks BRAND NEW! I cannot recommend Ding Doctor AZ enough.

Tried contacting this guy several times using the method on his website as requested. The first time I attempted contact he got back to me relatively soon with a quote. At least twice i asked him when he could come do the work and he never responded. A glutton for punishment I must be, as I tried contacting him again a couple of months of later. This time it took an entire week for him to get back to me with a quote. When asked him when he can come out and do the work? Again no response. I couldn’t even give a review of his work because clearly he wasn’t interested in performing any work. I would suggest fellow Unilocalers take their business to a more professional operation without such LOUSY customer service. This is the FIRST negative review I’ve ever written in my life if that tells you anything. He clearly has enough business and won’t likely be interested in yours.

Called Ding Doctor and he was able to come out that very same day to my house. Received a ding on my door from a grocery cart on my new Ram Truck. He did an outstand job at removing the dent. You can tell he takes great pride in his work with his attention to detail. Would highly recommended him!

I had a great experience with Ding Doctor. I had a really bad ding on my new car. Someone must have smacked it really hard with their door. Their was some paint transfer but luckily the paint wasn’t damaged. He fixed it in under an hour for only $ 90. It would have cost me hundreds to get something like that fixed at a body shop. Great service and very honest.

After some **** sat on the hood of my wife’s Suzuki Grand Vitara and placed a nice crease in it, we called the Ding Doctor. He came out to the house and performed magic. The truck’s hood looks like new! His final number came in at $ 40.00 above his phone estimate, otherwise he would have gotten 5 stars — definitely the best in the business, but just a little bit expensive (just a little bit — not a complaint — I would definitely use him again).

Just had a great experience with the Ding Doctor. His service is mobile so he can help you anywhere in the Phoenix area. We bought a 2011 TDI VW Sport Wagon and had it for less than 24 hours when I noticed someone opened their door into my rear drivers side door. My husband and I are used to driving around in hoopties so we were pissed. I called Ding Doctor and he was able to visit me the very next day (today) and came down to South East Gilbert to fix my door. I am so pleased with the work. He is a total professional. His website is amazing, his work is excellent and prices are fair. He is a perfectionist and it shows. By the looks of his website you would think he has a big office, but no this is a one man show. Send your request for quote online and text him pics of your damage and he will respond very quickly with a quote. Good services like this deserve to be acknowledged on Unilocal

My experience with Ding Doctor AZ was amazing! I have a 2012 Jetta that is leased. After it was backed into, there was a good sized dent right at the crease in the door. Luckily, the paint was not damaged at all, so I was able to call Calin at Ding Doctor AZ. Calin came to my home and spent about four hours working out the dent. When he was done, there was ABSOLUTELY no trace of the damage to the car. This was a pretty deep dent too, and I was told by another body shop that it would be a difficult dent to fix. He took on the challenge and did a great job! Not only is his work great, but he was very professional. It was also great, because initially I was able to just text him pictures of the damage for the quote. His quote was accurate and he stuck to it.
Aside from his great work and professionalism, this experience was extremely convenient. I didn’t have to leave home to get the work done or the quote; that alone was enough for me to go with Ding Doctor AZ. I am so glad that I didn’t have to get it repainted, because now it still has the original paint finish and I will be able to return my car when the lease is up without question.
I would strongly recommend Ding Doctor AZ to anyone who is looking to save money and time. Especially if there is little or no paint damage to your car.

I used Calin as he was referred to me from my friends at Worldmotors. He fixed a ding in my Lexus that was fairly large and 3 different body shops quoted over 2k. He spent about 4 hours and the car looked like new.
If you have a ding, even a large one give Calin a call. I would trust him 100% with any car.
