Devin Sothan – State Farm Insurance Agent

This is by far the worst customer service and treatment I have ever had. Im not going to go into the whole story on here yet, but I can tell you the communication is awful. I will post the whole story if the issues are not sorted out. My advise is look elsewhere for insurance.

I just wanted to let everyone know about the superior customer service I received from the staff at Devin Sothan’s State Farm office. I added my daughter to my policy in August 2012 and I had many questions about how this would impact my policy, what her limits should be (she owns her car outright and has her own policy attached to mine), and how she can get the best rates as a young driver. There were a few glitches along the way with setting up the State Farm Payment Plan, and the team did an excellent job of keeping me informed and assisting in any way they could. I especially want to give Neil Concepcion and Katrina Mendoza a mention, as they have handled most of my calls. They have both been patient with me when I was frustrated over something, and have gone above and beyond to give me the best service.
I love State Farm and I couldn’t ask for a better agent and team. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff!
