I unfortunately rented a house that was managed by this company & Bridget was the agent that was assigned to my rental. I was only there 6 months & had the home/​carpet cleaned & they charged me $ 390.00 extra for cleaning. I was over charged for the cleaning for what had to be done. I also moved out early so the new tenant could move her things into the garage at the asking of Bridget & she refused to refund me for the 3 days of pro rated rent. She told me she talk to there lawyers & she does not have to pay me anything. It is not about taking care of the tenants & doing what is right with this company. Do not rent from this company!
