This is a perfect apartment community! From having a helpful staff to make sure your move in is smooth to having a gated apartment community is very important to my husband and I. We looked at more than 20 apartments, and we decided to go with this one. We made a good choice since this is our first apartment from Chicago. Our apartment is a perfect size. We also enjoyed all the food that is given from the apartment community from pancakes, tacos, hotdogs, and many other delicious foods as well. I am also glad it is very accessible to highway 10 & the location is not a very busy street compared to other apartments we saw around Phoenix.

The manager starts out nice then before you know it he is raising the rent by 100 bucks. He charges for every little thing light bulb 29 bucks light switch 80 clogged pipe 150. Yeah this place just got money hungry.
