Brought in my shifters to get repaired. They call me two days later and said they are ready. I go to mount them on my bike and they’re still broken. Instead of wasting more time by taking the shifters off the bike, I bring in my entire bike and ask them to do the shifters again. The guy charges me again to do the same job he said he completed before. I asked him about it and he told me he did «everything for me» whatever that means. I just wanted my shifters to be done I never asked for anything else. Poor communication and just not a good way of doing business by doing something different than what a customer asks for.

I went to Curbside on a whim after I noticed my rear wheel needed truing. I was in and out in about 30 mins and I came back to find that my front wheel was also taken care of. No questions or crazy upsells. Just plain old customer service and good workmanship, no fuss no muss. I wish there were more businesses like this one.
They definitely have a customer as long as they will have me.

Mike and Step are the best! They have taken care of me and my bikes for all 7 years they have been open. I went there last Monday for a tune-​up since my right shifter wasn’t working due to the cold weather. In less than an hour, I had a smooth shifting, clean and crisp shifter. And, Mike noticed my head tube was a little loose and my rear wheel needed to be trued. And, to further give the incredible customer service I have grown to love and appreciate Mike helped me and put my cadence sensor in the correct place. I brought my bike home and went for a ride on my «newly» tuned bike. Thank you Curbside. I refer all my friends that are ready for a new ride, an upgrade or an excellent bike mechanic to Mike. Keep up the great work!

Doing a cycle event to raise money for leukemia lymphoma society. The guys here where very helpful and donated time, help, and use of their facilities for a bike fitting with the charity group «upward and to the wind». Was able to get my fitting done easily and everyone was kind and really knew their stuff.

Mike couldn’t have been more helpful. We came in town for SOMA 70.3 and dropped our bikes with him after we landed on Friday and he had them ready when he opened Saturday morning. Bikes worked great for the race! Had them delivered to him at the end of his day Sunday after the race and he boxed them up and had them ready in the morning for our flight. He assembled bikes for probably 4 people on our team and it worked well for everyone. Thank you so much for such excellent service!

This is my favorite bike shop. I have purchased two mountain bikes there and it’s a nice clean place with a no-​pressure shopping experience. The prices are fair and although the shop is smaller they have a good selection of high quality items. The owners and their dog are always there and they are very knowledgeable. I will always check in here first before going anywhere else.

Had to write another shout out for Mike and Curbside. Brought my 29er in because the rear wheel was making loud squeaking noises and it was beyond my extremely limited mechanical ability to address. Mike took a quick look, made a couple of quick adjustments and sent me on my merry way. Nothing like being shown there was nothing really wrong in front of several other store visitors!!!
So much for master mechanic as my life plan «b». I know there are shops who would have taken my bike in and adjusted all sorts of things and even replaced parts that did not need replacing and then … charged me $ 50 to $ 100 for a «fixed» wheel. Not a Curbside. Mike and Curbside are the REAL DEAL.

Curbside Cyclery is one of the best I’ve found. Mike is very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic (at reasonable prices!). This has become my repair/​maintenance destination for all of my needs to keep my ride rolling safely (and quickly!?) down the pavement — even though it’s on the opposite side of the valley from me (but I do work somewhat close).
Highly recommend — great selection and expert honest advice!

This shop is one of the best I have found, I live in chandler and live less than 2 miles away from other shops, But instead i love going here. The prices are always excellent and the mechanic is always willing to help, One time he even took about 30 minutes trying to fix a part for me.
I recommend this shop to everyone in the area as well as surrounding areas, give them a visit as it will be worth it.

This is a small bike shop conveniently located in Ahwatukee, which is a great place to ride on weekends because of the many bike paths, few traffic lights, and rolling hills.
I’ve had minor repair work done right away at a low price, with an explanation of how to do the repair for myself next time. I’ve also had a high-​tech wheel with custom straight pull spokes fixed very quickly — he must have ordered parts right away to get this done so fast.
There’s a great selection of bikes, clothes and tires for such a small shop. The wide screen TV with couch is a pretty good amenity, too.

This is a locally owned shop run by one of the best mechanics in town. You will not find better bike service anywhere in the valley. The work is good, the results are clean and the prices are fair. As others mentioned, this shop is run by the owners and their pride in workmanship really shows through. Before Curbside arrived, I used to visit multiple shops for parts and service. With Curbside’s detail focused delivery, I have found my new bike shop. Any service work is always thoroughly explained such to the point that I’ve learned more about how bikes work from the mechanic here than from the three other area shops that I used to visit. Their pride in workmanship will keep me coming back.
