Seriously, what’s not to LOVE about Costco? Clothes, food, tires, gas, florist, pharmacy… this store has it all. This particular Costco is always immaculate(with the exception of the clothes area because people are slobs and destroy it). One thing that sets this Costco apart from the ones I have been to on the East Coast is that every day they give out food samples. Back East you could only get samples on the weekends. I’ve tried some really good stuff(kale, chicken garlic ravioli, pumpkin bread, Vitamix smoothies, coconut snacks, tea) and it has all been delicious. The price of $ 55 per year for a standard(Gold) membership pays for itself with the discounts in gas alone. As a single girl living on my own, I don’t need to buy food in bulk so I basically have the membership for toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, razor blades, and gas. The gas prices are normally 10 – 20 cents cheaper per gallon than the gas stations in the immediate area and there are 15 or so gas pumps to accommodate people wanting to fuel their vehicles. I definitely prefer Costco to Sam’s Club and love coming here. I always walk out with stuff I don’t need but simply have to have! Good for Costco, bad for my wallet.

This review is not so much about this Costco location, although it is a good store, but more specifically about the Verizon center within this Costco store. I dealt with Jim after trying to accomplish a fairly simple upgrade(seemingly) at several other Verizon outlets, both franchise stores and corporate locations. I received different and contradictory information from at least 5 other Verizon representatives before I found Jim at this Costco. He was vastly better informed and more knowledgeable than the others were. I was able to get my new phone at a better price, and set up my 3-device Verizon account in just the manner I wanted. Jim’s customer service was outstanding, and his desire to provide what I, the customer, wanted was exemplary. If I could award 10 stars, I would.

This is a pretty decent location, but there are better. The parking lot is pretty easy to get in and out of, and good freeway access. The store is clean, and employees are friendly.

I can’t really say anything bad about Costco because they have everything that you need and then some. The only thing that drives me crazy and this is like all of them are the damn created by free samples. Usually the people in line are the last people who need a free sample. I’m sure it works but it slows you down!

The tire center checked my tires for free and researched the proper pressure as well. Great! Thank you! I haven’t had that kind of service since the 1970’s!!!

Tried the Pharmacy and was very pleased. A nice Pharmacist named Eric was courteous and attentive. You cant beat the prices or the service. I’ll be back.

So there was an issue with my prescription but they dealt with it fast by having another costco fill the prescription and send it over to this location. These guys surprised me and am happy to have been a priority like that. :)

5−4−3−2−1 really? That was the cashier counting down because my mom couldn’t find her card. If I really didn’t need a few of the items for a BBQ I was hosting I would have left our 200.00 plus dollar order. It was rude and they weren’t kidding around either. I found some gluten free mayo, it’s really good too. I love their flowers too! Food at the window is yummy especially the Churros yum! Never been a fan of Costco though. I don’t think the prices are that good.

This Costco location is the Best, totally better then the one at Arrowhead mall, and you know why. The location is right off the 101, easy access. This Costco had a tire store, i personally get my tires at Discount tire, so i don’t know how they are with that… and gas station, great prices, the lines move really fast. I would however like to see them have paper towels handy for spillage. I would like to give them props for getting more and more gluten free items. Would love it even more if they had Gluten Free Pizza at their deli, I would buy that for sure! Really friendly employees. Very clean store and always have samples available. I can always get in and out pretty fast.

I am always a fan of Costco because they provide so many wonderful items in bulk, offering fantastic savings in comparison to other grocery stores, and providing some of the cheapest gasoline in town without resorting to purchasing products to decrease the price. To further support my love of Costco, the store typically provides samples on many of their products, allowing a customer to try the product before they buy. The only reason I removed a star is due to other Costcos having more products than this location. This Costco is still a great location, though.

I’m still not sold on whether or not buying a Costco membership is really worth it for me. The store does offer a lot of great items at reasonable prices, but are the prices really that low? I personally don’t think I get my moneys worth being single. If you have a large family I think it may be different. If anything, I will break even at the end of the year. I still enjoy going to Costco, I love the warehouse style shopping, and the samples are always delightful. I do wish that they offered self check out. I am not a crazy fan of waiting in the long lines they usually have.

Crowded as always. People need to have a permit to drive those carts! Always clean store and helpful staff. This parking lot is always a bit scary getting in and out and today there happened to be a very bad accident that closed the street near the gas pump exit.

Had to share the good news about Holly White, the optical manager at this location. It was my 3rd time talking to someone about a recent prescription, while comparison shopping, and Holly spent the most time with me to explain how to interpret the prescription and find the best product. She also armed me with the right questions to ask my insurance company to make sure I would be adequately reimbursed(since Costco wasn’t in-network — which, by the way, is the only reason for withholding a star!).

I have shopped at this Costco location for many years. Over time I have noted that the store has had a surprisingly low level of employee turnover. While it’s true that Costco isn’t known for having easy to find customer service staff roaming the aisles, I often found myself talking to the same employees each time I visited. There seems to be a complete change of staff, and the change is not good. To be kind let’s just say many of them look«rough around the edges». More times than not they stand around talking to each other and act annoyed if you interrupt to ask a question. When they do take a minute to «help» the customer they are usually still talking to another employee or looking off in the distance without talking to the customer. The impression is that they all hate their jobs. More than once I bought an item in the pharmacy department that had a sign indicating that it was on sale. When the cashier rang it up for the regular price they actually argued with me that it was my mistake and refused to do a price check. When I went back later and took a picture of the sign, the service desk people told me «that sign wasn’t supposed to be there» and would not refund the difference. The downward spiral of Costco isn’t just limited to this one store. I bought one item there based solely on a claim in Costco’s ad that it featured an advantage that the competition didn’t have. I paid big premium price for the item that could be bought anywhere else for a fraction of the price. When I got it home I discovered that the feature had been misrepresented by Costco. I checked the manufacturer’s website to verify then emailed the manufacturer to confirm. They replied promptly and verified that the product Costco sold me was not as represented and instructed me to take it back for a refund. When I did the returns clerk did not want to listen to the reason I was returning it indicating that Costco’s policy was«no questions asked». I wanted to help other customers from being duped so I wrote a letter to Costco customer service. After a month in which they ignored me I wrote a review of the product at the Costco website. Costco removed it the next day. I wrote another and they did it again and then the same thing with a third … all because of my effort to simply help other people understand that the product was not what they expect. After the third rejection I wrote I letter to Costco’s executive offices. Guess what? Yes, you guessed it … they also ignored me. So much for Costco’s legendary customer service. RIP

I actually have come to this location quite often however yesterday was the first time I decided to «check in» Costco… great selection, but they can be pretty expensive. Especially if you are trying to budget. It seems that no matter how hard I try, I always spend a minimum of around $ 50 and always only seem to have a few items in my cart. Oh well. Yes some items are definitely cheaper at their rival locations but you definitely get more of a selection at Costco. All in all, you get what you paid for, even if it does cost a little more.

Costco is the best! They have great prices on all their goods. We love the free samples. Our 21 month old loves them too. Wether we are hosting a party or getting supplies for home, Costco always seems to have what we need.

My favorite Costco in the valley. Walking in your always greeted by someone nice and personable. My wife and I were walking past the different selections of meat and noticed they were a little low on rib-eyes. One of the butchers noticed we were looking a litter harder and opened the sliding glass door and asked if he could help. We told him what we were looking for and within 2 minutes he cut us a 4 pack and off we went. We generally like to visit this Costco after 6:30 because the store isn’t the busiest. Great place always new items to check out, best customer service!

I love Costco! Great products, customer service, return policy and prices. We tend to visit Costco more frequently than our local grocery store. I highly recommend shopping here if you don’t mind buying in bulk, it ends up being cheaper in the long run. Every time I visit they suck you into buying something that wasn’t on your list. Oh look, a 55″ LEDTV or maybe I will buy some wood flooring today… it happens to the best of us. Don’t miss out on their high quality Kirkland food products — rotisserie chicken and the take and bake pizzas are always a hit. This is a one stop shop — tires for your car, photo service, pharmacy, eyeglasses, hearing aids, bakery, meat department, produce, toiletries, vitamins, top shelf liquor, etc. You name and they will sell it to you. Enough already, just go check it out.
