I guess I’m not the only person who had such bad luck with this crappy 1 and 2 man crew. I initially was dealing with Jeff Gross. 9 months into repairing my credit and qualifying for a home loan. Once I got my credit up to 720+ I started the paperwork again. Jeff hired a lady named Shelly Stifler. She ain’t much better than Jeff let me tell ya.
She in her exact words told me I had been approved for my VA loan. Now I’m in my last 30 days to close on the home I had done a 1yr lease option with my landlord. Come to find out we had been denied from the VA due to lacking 30 days worth of eligibility. Shelley kept pushing the wrong paperwork over and now has cost me my VA.
Put it this way… Stay away from these people they don’t have a clue to what they are doing. If there is a 30 min certification for what they do that how they did it. If you want to waste your time and energy keep dealing with them.
Just run God please run.

I have been in the mortgage field, the real estate field both buyers and sellers. STAY AWAY from the 1 man show! He does not communicate nor does he even know the correct verbiage to use, when he lets evrybody down. He has cost clients 100s of dollars with no remorse by not closing on time, not communicating and failing to perform without explanation. He claims his customer service is 2^nd to none, well hes ½ right its none. Anybody in the field knows there no such thing as a «document fullfilment company» LOL give me a break!!! STAY AWAY
