Cindy Murphy – Century 21 Arizona Foothills

Do not use Century21 Arizona Foothills. Run the opposite direction if you see broker Floyd Scott or agent Sheila Watson. They are unprofessional to say the very least. They tell you to sign a 6-​month listing agreement — they say that is common term. We found out the hard way it is NOT the common term length. Then, after weeks of asking for copy of the listing agreement, it is provided by broker’s office and is 8 MONTHS long. Not only that, there is no cancellation clause for us the sellers. AND! Our agent left town 10 days after signing and still has not returned. We have complained to agent, broker, broker assistant, Century21 head office, Arizona Department of Real Estate and even obtained legal advice. To date, the broker will not cancel this listing agreement. We will not give up. But be warned… stay away from this group.
Do not use this company. There are probably many good realtors in the Phoenix area but these people are certainly not in that category.

Cindy was flawless in our hunt for a house. She came recommended to us so we gave her a shot after having some negative experiences with other agents.
If you are looking for an agent that will give you great advice without pressuring you, then Cindy is who you are looking for. She knows the entire valley very very well. She works down in the Foothills but drove up to North Phoenix probably 15 – 20 different times as we looked at nearly 100 houses. We were outbid time and time again by cash investors but Cindy never gave up or complained. Long Saturdays and even evening trips just to look at 1 or 2 houses.
I can’t imagine that the time she invested in us was worth her cut of the $ 130,000 sale… but I’m hoping you will read this and know that she’s the best around and maybe your sale/​purchase will make up for it!
