Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Food cold. I would never go back! Close this down. Employees unhappy and rude. Why stay open.

This chipotle has been hit or miss, but after the chipotle ecoli outbreak I avoided them for about 4 months and finally went to visit them the other day. Nothing was fresh and the rice was over salted. Not only that I found 3 small pieces of thin plastic in my burrito bowl. Officially never going back to chipotle, ever.

The younger 20 year old ish crack head looking Mexican girl with the yellow jacked up teeth and glasses absolutely cannot follow directions on orders. She has no comprehension of what«on the side» means and proceeded to literally put the sour cream on the side of my bowl… Some other workers here are almost as sad and bad. Why this location hires such stupidity is beyond me! But the food is standard for chipotle.

The slowest Chipoltle anywhere. My theory is that there are too many people on the counter. People seemed to be bumping into each other and too many bottlenecks. Really frustrating when you consider all they are doing is putting the same ingredients in different kinds of wraps.

Every employee seems as if they do not care about their job. They move slow and blatantly don’t care. I’m sure that’s reflective of whose in charge. Also should probably have them ALL wear gloves when dealing with food. I’ll definitely make that known. Gross. Twenty five minutes in line to get home to a burrito that was not closed and probably with germs. Trash we go.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times around lunch hour. It’s the slowest chipotle I’ve ever been to…

I have been coming here for a few years now and yes it used to be slow. USEDTO. There is a new manager there named Adam who has been doing a great job and ever since him taking over its becoming more organized and much faster. Due to this being located where it is you have to understand how many people are getting food and that it nearly impossible to walk right in and be first in line. Again Adam and his team are doing a great job.

I don’t know what it is, but I’ve driven into the shopping center and driven right back out because the line is pretty much out the door EVERY time I go. I don’t even bother getting out of my car because its a total waste of time. Please get it together, because when I’m craving Chipotle and its extremely crowded, that becomes very annoying.

I love Chipotle. Let me start with that. When they get their organization right, food quality is spot on and things move fast — it’s the best kind of Chipotle experience. But this location needs some love. I don’t entirely blame the staff, but they are slow and inattentive to items that are running low. This leads to slow moving lines — it’s almost always backed up to the door, though not because of a fast influx of customers. Management should take note of how other locations run their lines. CityScape and 24th Street/Baseline locations move customers through faster than any I’ve seen elsewhere. They are to be applauded. Dear 16th/Camelback Chipotle — PLEASE find out what they are doing so this location can also succeed in the same way. You’re killing me. Also, please note that I’ve been standing in line as I wrote this review and I’ve moved all of 6 feet in that time. No joke.

Now, everyone loves chipolte. what I don’t love is a 30 minute line at almost 3pm. The staff was disorganized and mis rolled my burrito. This location isn’t equipt to serve the population who comes by. I’ll go to 44th street next time.

It’s chipotle… The only thing to say. Today if the cashier would stay put, it would move a lot faster. Apparently the manager had her covering several things. Requested the veggie bowl, got bowl with no meat. And extra rice I didn’t ask for… Regardless, it was still good. Would’ve preferred more lettuce. 7÷1÷15 Went at 11am, waited for 10mins and they had no lettuce for the salad!!! She apologized and offered to put shredded, so I didn’t miss out. The tofu, saritas? Don’t remember, but were okay. Not much spices added. Looked like chili scrambled eggs with no taste. LoL

It’s Chipotle? Who doesn’t like Chipotle? The place is clean, the line moves quickly, the service is always friendly, and guac.

I came here for take out food around 7pm on a Friday night. There was a line, but it moved pretty quickly. The concept was really interesting! You start by choosing between a salad, a burrito, tacos, or bowls(apparently a bowl is a burrito without a tortilla– for the healthy folks). You go on choose what kind of rice, beans, meat, and toppings you want. Be careful because if you say«a little,» it seems that they still give you a full serving, maybe even a bit more than a full serving. Fascinating concept, I’ll have to come back and try something different!

This is the slowest Chipotle of all time. There is always, always more people waiting in line than eating in the restaurant. I’ve narrowed it down to 3 possible factors: 1) Staff incompetence 2) Customer incompetence 3) Abundance of online orders or as I call them«the invisible line» I’m assuming it’s a combination of the 3. I can’t rule out staff incompetence because I’ve been there when they’ve run out of chicken not once but twice while I was waiting in line. Number 2 is always a bottleneck, for reasons unbeknownst to anyone. It is 2015, if you don’t know how to order at Chipotle by now you should be deported. Number 3 is probably also a huge factor, and one that I’m about to contribute to because if I have to walk into a 20 minute line at 4PM one more time I will do something crazy, like walk out of a Chipotle without eating. Scary thought. Anyway, Chipotle is one of my main food groups so it’s never going to drop below 3 stars, but the wait at this location is so frustrating and I have yet to remember to order online first so I’m going to have to rank them on the lower end of Chipotle Goodness. Just okay.

Chipotle is my number one top fast food place to eat. I’m always in the mood for chipotle due to how good and fresh their food is. There’s nothing on the market that’s as fresh as chipotle for the price you get. Chipotle has come to be one of the most powerful and fast-growing fast food chains in America. My friends and I have all agreed to chipotle is number one on our list as top fast food chain in America. Not just that but the most healthiest that I would say out of my Opinion. I try to eat healthy at times so I’m not gaining weight. And by me keeping up on my way I normally make the decision of going to chipotle rather than McDonald’s or other burger fast food places. If you’re looking for a place where you can get a good meal/healthy/fresh food then this is the place to go

This place is just average, It is a fast fix for me. Service is usually always excellent and food is always the same. One thing that I do absolutely love is the fast that they introduced tofu into their menu. I have tried it and it is super good. It is also really convenient for me as it is close by my house. So it is super good in and out when you want quick fix. Thanks chipottle again for bringing tofu in!

Does anyone ever ever get a hankering for Chipotle? … like every other day? Just me? I’m okay with that. First time trying this Chipotle location for an early dinner, decided to go with a bowl with chicken and of course guac. Everything was filled and my bowl was decently filled with food. It’s just a shame that guac costs an arm and a leg for a little cup of the stuff. Did I still get it? –Obviously! Chicken was flavorful, good portions as I had enough for left overs for the next day. The price for a chicken bowl with guac came out to be around ~$ 8. Service was pretty fast when I ordered, but upon eating the line quickly went out the door. So I’m guessing this location gets pretty crowded during dinner time. Will be back– undoubtedly. Will I get guac again? … obviously. But just so you know Chipotle, the cost of your guac is ridiculous it was close to $ 2 for that tiny thing!

The guy who yells«Welcome to Chipotle» is so enthusiastic. :) Food tasted usual. The the server who made the bowl for chick in front of me piled hers high with almost the same thing I was getting. The dude that ended up making mine just stood there at first warming tortillas n wiping down the counter in between the meat. The lined backed to to the door before he looked at me with this blank stare then said, «can I help you?» When he made mine, he totally skimped on everything. I Kinda laughed, like«really dude? Obviously I like food n u really gna half spoon it?» Lol Seriously though… It’s all good… Sometimes u get the bomb server, sometimes you don’t.

Great breakthrough — Somehow, they got it all together with the process. When we got there the other night, they were all out of barbacoa so the customer who wanted it had stepped aside and the customers in line after her was told that there is a wait on barbacoa so of course, I didn’t want that so I continued placing my order. It was«genius». No wait. No holding the whole line up while the employees and customers were waiting for barbacoa even though some people may not have wanted that meat, none of that because the process did not stop! I wanted steak. My partner wanted steak. They kept the line moving and tada — in and out of there in less than 5 minutes! Our orders were to-go orders so when I got home, the food was a tad bit cold and didn’t taste fresh, but eh, I wasn’t expecting much since my standards were definitely low. However, they have been upgraded to an additional star from my previous post because they definitely got it together and found that they can move the line along even though one ingredient may not be available at that moment. Bravo, chipotle. Bravo.
