Terrible customer service. I called around 9:23PM to go to the airport. I asked the rep how long for the next taxi and he said«15 – 20 minutes» I agreed and gave him my phone number, address, how many passengers, and how we would pay. I had to repeat myself about 3 – 4 times before he got it right. We waited until 10:15 until we decided to call back and ask for an update. When I called back I spoke with a woman who asked me for my address. I gave it to her and she said there was no record of the address for pick up. She then asked me if I remembered who I spoke to and I told her no and gave her the time I called, my name, and told her it was a gentleman. She stepped away from the phone for a moment then returned to ask me my phone number and who the passenger was. I didn’t understand her the first time so I politely said«excuse me?» And she in a rude and loud manner«WHOISTHEPASSENGERGETTINGPICKEDUP?!» At that point I was running late and fed up since I had just given her my name 1 minute earlier. I gave her all the details one last time. Still nothing. She then wanted to know when I had to be at the airport. I told her to just forget about and we would go with someone else. Never again.

I was hesitant to try out this company without having read any reviews(as any avid Unilocaler would be), but I’m very happy I did. I’ve used them several times now and I’ve been impressed each time. The drivers are nice, helpful, fun and they show up quickly(less than 15 min wait). Not to mention they took the quickest routes possible and didn’t try to scam me like others have in the past. They will definitely be my go-to cab company!
