I wish I could give this company less than 0 stars. They cancelled the Arizona Jazz Festival less that 1 week before the event, leaving thousands of people nationwide out of ticket, hotel and airfare money. They have yet to issue a refund, not to mention the refunds of those who purchased tickets to the Maxwell Seven Seas cruise from May 2015. I should’ve known that they were shady boots with those exorbitant hidden ticket fees. Avoid this business(and their events) at all costs.

Do not purchase anything or deal in any way with BTW Concerts!!! They are ripoff scam artists and they have many avenues of which to get your money. As soon as you pay them they will cancel the event and disappear with your money in their pockets. Beware!!! I do not even want to give them a rating of one star because they are bad people who need to be persecuted to the fullest extent of the law for their actions.

Be careful if you are doing business with this company !!! They do not pay their bills ! We did security for them last year at their Jazz Fest in La Costa and they still haven’t paid us. If you have anything to do with the Festival next month I would get my money up front if I were you.!!
