Brito C Gilberto MD

Well, last year I had an appointment for a routine urology check with Dr. Brito and was pleased with him, but two days ago I attempted to call the office to have them renew my prescription, and was treated so rudely by the woman who answered the phone, and then Dr Brito’s front office person that I was astonished! I tried to call back to re-​attempt working with them, and was told by the Doctor’s assistant that she would work this all out, and then after not hearing anything from her, I called and was told I could not again speak with the assistant, and told that if I needed to talk with her or the Doctor I’d need to make an appointment… Needless to say after being treated so badly by the staff, I will not be going back to Dr Brito.

I went on a mission to find the best urologist in Arizona, I read several reviews that Gilberto was the man for the job.
I called and they said he was booked for almost 2 months, so I knew I had the right guy. I booked my appointment and waited.
During my consult, he spent a good amount of time with me talking about how it was going to happen, the risks and so on. Didn’t make me feel rushed and made me feel comfortable going with him, even though it’s a routine operation for him.
During the procedure, he explained in detail on everything he was doing which made me feel comfortable ‘what was coming up next’.
Overall, a great doctor, would recommend him to anyone.
