Brian is a great realtor. He is very patient and brings years of experience to the buying process! He is detail oriented which helped with our inspection and the list of things that needed to be repaired or replaced. Brian knows the Phoenix area so well and was so willing to show us many properties in the short amount of time we had there. Not knowing any Realtors in Phoenix area, we decided to review local Realtor websites. We were impressed with Brian’s website/​testimonials and decided to contact him. That was a good decision as Brian turned out to be a gem!
From our first meeting, we were impressed with his straight forward and no nonsense approach, and his extensive knowledge of the greater Phoenix real estate market. Coming from out of town, our time in town was always limited. Brian sent us listings based on our criteria, giving us his candid opinions and recommendations.
He went out of his way to preview properties so we could efficiently use our time when we came to town. We became quite spoiled and were very dependent on Brian’s opinions! Brian was always available to answer any questions.
Brian is quite patient! His tolerance in putting up with our often changed criteria and change of heart is amazing! Looking at houses after houses could be very exhausting and boring. Brian’s organizational skills and sense of humor made these trips more enjoyable!
And of course in the end he did find us a beautiful house! But his involvement did not stop there. Brian followed thru with the real estate transaction, taking care of every detail — even when he was away on vacation.
