Came in on CHRISTMAS to get a dozen donuts for my family. The rest of my family had never had BOSA. Plenty of selection despite the holiday and the donuts were fresh and delicious. The rest of my family were extremely impressed and now customers for life!

More donuts. Just more! Bosa donuts are known throughout the valley for having spectacular delicious little pastries with a hole in the middle and icing on top. THey are the softest, airiest, nto to sweet but just right donuts I have ever had. On days that I go into the office I make a detour now to stop and get donuts for my coworkers. THey are super helpful, have a TON of varieties and you are in and out in less than 3 minutes. I have yet to try their drinks or anything besides the donuts but I plan on it soon, as I will be coming back again and again!

Haven’t tried their doughnuts yet, I went there because I was told they had Thai Tea… both only do they have it made fresh when you order, it’s so delicious! I’m headed back now for more tea and doughnuts :)

Man oh man. Do I love Bosa! Better than Dunkin, better coffee than most coffee shops. Their boba is something to be weary of though. I mean, its not their specialty so you cant really base a review off of that. But their smoothies, iced coffee, blended coffee, etc are each delicious and refreshing. Just be patient when its being made. The people that work here are always polite, courteous, and very down to earth which makes the few moments you spend there all that more wonderful. They have a lengthy list of drinks to choose from, as well and soft donuts. They also have sandwiches(I havent tried those yet though). I try not to come here too often though, cause otherwise Ill gain«happy weight». If youre in the area and youve never had Bosa, and youre sick of the poor excuse of a donut from Dunkin that would be better used as a door stop, stop in and grab a few. I HIGHLY recommend the coconut crème filled donut. Its covered in toasted coconut, and filled with a fluffy sweet crème.

Don’t expect to find fancy pants donuts here. They only have the classics stuff. But the stuff is tasty. My bf and i got 4 donuts thinking we could eat one now and then another one in the morning… that wasnt the case. we killed them all in less than 30 minutes.

Went in last night and asked the lovely young helper if I could have made 9 dozen jelly filled munchkin donuts for Hanukkah since it’s a staple treat. She wrote specifically what I wanted in plain English with my phone number and said the owners wife will text you if there were any issues. Last year I had ordered from Duncan Donuts. Went into Bosa and spoke with the owner himself and he said he could’ve made them also no problem. Went in this morning at 7:30a. The wife had the note in detail and says«she didn’t understand the order». I asked her then why didn’t she call or text me and she had no answer. Then she says she can’t fill small donuts with jelly. We were late to the kids school. Called Duncan Donuts on Deer Valley and 19th ave. They had a bunch made and saved our first day of Hanukkah for the classrooms and the front office staff. PHEW!!!

Got tired of Dunkin and wanted a change of pace. Donuts are great and the apple fritters actually have apples in them. The atmosphere is quaint, no frills and clean. Prices are cheaper than Dunkin and as I don’t look for luxury, prefer food quality and quantity overall– this would be a favorite. The ladies restroom was out of order, but that can happen anytime and anyplace. The staff were very friendly and prompt in their service to customers. The customers who came in appeared to be very satisfied and happy. No long lines here as they were efficient, attentive and had plenty of product to fill orders.

The workers were rude and the donuts are good. The biggest boba drink had to be made twice and both had a funny taste. They gave me my money back on the drink. Don’t get a boba drink because they are not made right. This place is gross.

What a ripoff just charged me $ 3 for an extra half spoonful of boba on two drinks!!! Insult to injury the boba was microwaves and put into my smoothie once tasted bobao was mushy and squishy not firm… so sad to see new establishments trying to come up by ripping people off. Now let’s move on to the turkey sandwich on a bagel bagel was hard turkey was taken the dollar store Turkey types very bad experience will not be returning

Yo, they’re donuts! What more is there to say. They’ve got the usual flavors, plus a couple kooky ones as well. It was with slight trepidation that I bit into the startlingly pink strawberry glazed donut with sprinkles. No worries though, it wasn’t bad. The other standard flavors like glazed and chocolate were fluffy and delicious too — nothing stale despite my dropping in at 4 in the afternoon. And hey, as a bonus they’ve got smoothies and Thai iced tea with boba — now I don’t have to drive across town. So the real question — Bosa or Rainbow? They are both about the same distance from my apartment. The answer: it depends which way I’m driving… they’re on equal ground with my taste buds. Bosa is more likely to still have a good selection later in the day though, since Rainbow has a tendency to get picked clean early.

Here’s my deal with Bosa. They have good donuts, but only GREAT glazed donuts. If you want a cake donut or a french cruller this is not your place. Go to Rainbow instead. That say, the cinnamon sugar glaze, the toasted coconut glaze, the powdered sugar glazed donuts melt in your mouth. A little like Krispy Kremes, only much more substantial and flavorful. If I’m craving a puffy glazed donut, this is where I’d go. My problem is I love me a pink cake donut with sprinkles. I don’t think Bosa will be a regular spot. One HUGE Bosa perk though, is they are open until 11pm. That’s nice.

NEVERAGAIN! We literally just picked up Bosa maybe 15 minutes ago and I’m already writing this review. I have to say that we didn’t order any donuts, only kolaches, so I can’t comment on the donuts themselves. That being said, the service here was the biggest let down! We were so excited to try this place since it is nearby and has good reviews. We were between trying this place or Rainbow donuts. Big, huge, massive mistake even considering this place. My husband walked in and asked the woman behind the counter, «What kind of kolaches do you have?» She asked«What?!» five times and said, «I don’t understand what you’re saying! We don’t have those here». As she was standing in front of them, my husband pointed to them and said, «These?». She looked at him and said, «Oh, kolaches?»…the exact same way as my husband had said it. No misinterpretation here. Not a negative comment, just kind of funny that you would be so defensive! My husband specifically ordered two kolaches with spicy sausage and one with regular and told her it was for our two-year-old and it could not be the one with the spices. He then double checked and asked again if the one we ordered for her had no spice. She told him it didn’t. We got home and gave her a kolache. Specifically giving her the one we ordered for her, sans spicy. I ripped it open to check for spices and in the spot I ripped it open, there were no visible peppers. My daughter takes a big bite and immediately starts screaming and almost vomiting literally ripping at her face. These things are so spicy that I literally had to get milk(fine since I ordered that!) but way too hot for a little kid(hence the incessant checking that the particular kolache had no spice). It was pretty obvious that the lady behind the counter didn’t know which way was up. Additionally, I wouldn’t call this a kolache. While they were decent, far reach from a true kolache I would say(no expert). We know kolaches to be fluffy and soft. These were sincerely dense. That being said, the kolaches we’ve picked up from the QT off 7th St. are FAAAAAAAAAAAR superior and you don’t have to worry about the terrible terrible terrible customer service. I hate writing bad reviews, but this ruined our daughter’s «special breakfast».

BO-SAAAAAAA!!! The best friggin donuts in AZ! And I’m a NY’er, where Dunkin is king. But Dunkin doesn’t bake their donuts in store anymore, they come in frozen! I used to go to Bosa on Glendale and 35th ave and would take a dozen with me to see business clients. They couldn’t wait me to show up with Bosa donuts! Bosa closed many deals for me! Lol… Hands down, THEBEST apple fritters you will ever eat, just be ready for the sugar rush! The people that run Bosa are the nicest and this store on 7th st will soon be 24hrs. Wait the heck are you waitin for? Go get some Bosa!

We first tried BoSa donuts in South Phoenix when my hubby’s sister had a hankerin’ for some donuts after dinner. Just our luck, BoSa Donuts was right across the street. Even at 7 at night, the donuts were nice and fresh. We were excited when we saw that BoSa Donuts was opening a location just a few minutes from our house. We have been to this new North Phoenix location twice now, and the donuts have been fresh and tasty both times. They have a wide selection available, including most of the staples(glazed, éclair, maple), and a few unique flavors. My favorite is the Buttermilk, which is slightly denser than a regular donut and is slightly less sweet. Service has been quick and friendly, and the price is just right.

I’m glad to have something new, anything, in north Phoenix. I tried this Bosa location shortly after they opened. I’ve been to one Mesa that was great, but this location was a disappointment. The staff was wonderful and friendly I don’t eat a lot of sweets or junk food so to go get a donut is a special treat. I was disappointed in them. They were just okay and actually kinda dry But the coffee was just terrible, couldn’t even drink it. I most likely won’t be back

Imagine my horror when I found out Bosa(A DONUTSHOP) was going in to my work complex. Well, forget the diet because this place is good. While I was waiting in line another customer introduced me to the apple fritter. We discussed the possibility of crack being an actual ingredient. I can assure you I am addicted. They sell out fast so get them while they are there.

Such a perfect place– just steps from my front door… Great luck or horrible luck– depends on how you look at it. I love the extended hours though I’ve heard if the run out of doughnuts they close early. I’ve been here twice and tried the strawberry glazed with sprinkles, chocolate long john, chocolate cake, and raspberry filled doughnuts. When I spell it out like that it can be guilt inducing but I don’t regret it. The chocolate cake doughnut has to be the highlight since it was soft and fluffy it literally had bounce. The people working are very prompt and know their selection very well! Less than $ 1 a doughnut and I saw on the menu that a dozen doughnut holes are .99 cents!

We tried BoSa during their opening weekend. The donuts were really great. big, fluffy and fresh! The interior of the shop is no frills-plenty of donut varieties to choose from in the cases. The drink case was fully stocked with a big selection which is also nice. There was no line since we went fairly late in the evening and the staff was friendly. Donuts were very fresh, even though it was late! We’ll try their breakfast sandwiches on another visit. We’re happy this is in our neighborhood. seems like we’ll be coming here often.

Came across Bosa Donuts for the first time just a few months ago at their Indian School location. It was love at first bite! They make the old fashioned donuts like I remember getting at the donut shop before school when I was in high school. We were counting down the days for the Grand Opening at this new(and closer for us) location. We stopped in for donuts and coffee to go. It was busy but they kept things moving. They have a good selection of donuts. The coffee is hot and fresh. They also have breakfast sandwiches and sandwiches for lunch. Will have to try those on another visit. I try not to eat donuts to often, but I Will definitely be indulging in this guilty pleasure again!
