Horrible customer service. Friday afternoon 1 teller working w clients. 1 teller talking to another employee with 8 people in line waiting !!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Bank of America’s business strategy is obviously NOT to provide customer service in an effort to direct customers to using their ATM or online banking. They staff the branch with only two tellers who take turns going to lunch, leaving one teller to help upwards of 10 to 12 customers. At the same time, 3 other associates are doing nothing. Deplorable service! Obviously the other reviews were written by BAC. Finally, they say I’m an Advantage customer due to my longevity. If this is how they treat loyal customers, how do they treat everyone else? Don’t bother calling Customer Service to complain, they keep you on hold for HOURS.

I rarely go into this branch and I don’t know why. You might consider it more of a business branch and that is fine with me! I went in on a Friday afternoon near to closing. There were no lines of people and things were going at a brisk pace. The employees are always very helpful. Now that I think of it, it has never been overly busing-​line wise-​anytime I have been in there.
I just wrote a review on my experience with a particularly strange individual I ran into at another business setting. It’s such a pleasure to say something nice instead! If I had gone into in this branch more, I’d probably have give it five stars.

Very cheerful tellers that know what they’re doing. This this probably my favorite BAC branch in the Phoenix metro area.
