I trusted Dr. Baldree with my daughters care as she is a college student 1000 miles from home. I tried my best to advocate for her care over the phone to no avail. Long story short, last night we were moments away from losing our 17 yr old daughter. In my opinion, because he didn’t take her seriously. He asked his nurse to tell me that her throat was not that sore and he has seen alot worse. He seen her 3 days ago and somehow missed a large abscess and epiglotitis which certainly existed then. How bad does it have to be?! She is now in ICU on a ventilator in a hospital in Colorado recovering from what did not have to be.

Wonderful staff, friendly, efficient, prompt, very professional. Very kind and caring staff! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Baldree recently performed a much needed septoplasty. He could not have been any better. Having read horror stories on the internet, I was not looking forward to any part of the procedure. He explained everything and took plenty of time making me feel comfortable with the surgery. I had very little postop pain or bleeding and already am breathing better. He is incredible from start to finish. For the best ENT, see Dr. B! I’ll trademark that one.

If going to an ENT with your daughter who has had a sinus infection for weeks can be an exceptional experience — this was it! Dr Baldree and his staff made us feel right at home and comfortable. I’m not sure exactly what it was that he sprayed into her nose but it very quickly numbed her and made the pressure ease. He then suctioned her nose and her breathing cleared considerably. He prescribed her an antibiotic for 10 days with refills if needed along with prednisone and a Diflucan. Much appreciated if you are a woman and know what 10 days on an antibiotic can do… Great Doctor! The awards on his wall prove it!

I have to say that Dr. Baldree and his staff are the best ENT group in the Valley. After going to a well known group in Scottsdale for several years, Dr. Baldree finally seems to have taken care of my recurring ear problem, much to my relief. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

I’ve never been to an ENT before, but… as far as doctor visits go – I had a great experience here today.
My new doctor had recommended that I see an ENT — — severe nasal issues caused by my allegies. The Dr’s asst recommended that I call Dr. Baldree among the list of all the other recommended ENT’s. Dr Baldree’s listing had a website, when others did not… so of course I checked out their website.
On the website they state that they’re the «Official ENT Dr for the AZ Diamondbacks». I figure they must be good for me too. :)
First of all, the receptionist Dee… was a delight to chat with when booking my appt. Very friendly and professional… she guided me to where I could print out some forms online, to save time during my visit.
And then… I was even lucky enough to get a next day appt. Sweet!
When i arrived, Dee was just as pleasant in person as she was on the phone. :) And also Dr. Baldree was great — — super compassionate and caring.
The office was very nice and comfortable décor.
The doctor gave me a couple nasal spray samples… and thankfully the tools he used didn’t make my nose tickle as much as the regular doctors. ha!
If you’re looking for an ENT physician, I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Baldree.
