Azura Apartments

Everyone has had some sort of terrible experience with an apartment that they previously lived in. However, when these apartments were called Timbertree they were much better to live in. The new management took over around October 2015 and renamed them to Azura Apartments. Since they took over the apartments there has been nothing but conflict, just ask the current tenants. The new management are about money, their prices are ridiculous and whatever you do DON’T be late on your rent, they love adding random late fees that they tell you nothing about. It’s been about 4 months since they suppose to have been repainting the building and doing new innovations, well only fours buildings has been painted within 4 months. I guess the painters go tired of their BS as well. Management left notes on everyone doors Feb 5^th, 2016, begging us to write a good review for them on Unilocal so that they could receive bonuses. The list goes on. Experience the bullshit at your own risk. Also, whenever you move in to an apartment that’s has all utilities included, the management control the heat and air. They usually cut the A/​C off around October and turn it back on in March. You’re better off finding an apartment with water, sewer, and trash included then just pay your own electric, it’s actually cheaper especially if you have a one bedroom just ask the electric company APS (Arizona Public Service). They make it sound good by saying you can run the A/​C all you want but don’t tell you that they cut it off around October. As I mentioned before these apartments were great when they were called Timbertree and owned by the last owners, but now their terrible, why you think they have so many apartments available to rent. I know plenty of individuals that are tenants here and absolutely hate it, so I’m not just talking, and you value your items, I suggest you invest in Cox home life security because maintenance are creeping while you’re gone. They don’t call, knock, leave a note, or nothing to inform you that they’re entering your apartment at least the previously owners made their maintenance mean do this. Have fun living in «Azura Aparments» Im sure you’ll love lol.

Well considering that it is after midnight and the management company here thinks it’s fine to be running chainsaws should tell you a little bit about what this company thinks of its tenants. They are doing a ton of repairs throughout the complex but have no consideration whatsoever for the current tenants. There are constant issues with flooding and cold showers not to mention they had to fill in the hot tub and cover it with cement. The managers refuse to respond to any email communication and when you speak to them on the phone or in person they go back on their word everytime. This place might be worth living in someday but at this point it really is a total shite hole with no respect for any of the tenants. Plus they totally found my neighbor murdered in his apartment and they didn’t find him for two weeks. Seriously stay away from this place. The only reason they don’t have any reviews on here is because they just changed their name. If you want the real story look up Timbertree apartments and you’ll get a much better idea of what you’re in for.
