Had an unexpected transportation issue this morning and found myself in need of a taxi. Called this taxi company several times, always received the VM message that all operators are busy and to call back or send a text and they will respond quickly. Left a voice mail… no response. Booked online… no response… sent a text as noted in their VM… no response. Waited… hoping that I would somehow luck out and a taxi would show up… nothing. Missed my appointment that I really needed to get to. The one star is only because a start was required. This company does not deserve any stars. It’s unfortunate that good service is so hard to come by these days.
