I was dispointed with the customer service. I called to set up an appointment, I let them know I was flexible so they made it for 3 – 30 between 12 – 1 I waited an hour past and noone showed or a phone call. I called he said sorry the person was out and someone was supposed to call. So I reschedule for today 3 – 31 they picked 1 – 2 and again no show or no phone call as to why. They lost me as a customer. Wouldn’t feel safe to give someone my money and not show up for the job.

We had our pool tile removed and replaced, a new waterfal installed, and our pool equirpment cleaned and rerouted. Arnold is the owner and he is honest and works with you to adress any questions/​concerns. The end result looks great and we are very satisfied with the quality of their work. We have added their monthly pool service to maintain our new looking pool.

We hired AZ Century to re-​do our pool. We worked with Chris. I would highly recommend this company! Our pool has been empty since we bought our house 5 years ago. It’s a pretty big pool. They did a great job! They serve valley wide not only the East Valley.
