The lack of integrity, competence and service is absolutely astonishing. I used them for two gates, spent a considerable amount of money and am completely dissatisfied. Once the check was cashed I got a different story than previously. The office staff is extremely rude, right up to the manager. Another review says STAY CLEAR. I would suggest: RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Automatic Gate Systems is a terrible organization. I am sorry – really sorry – I did business with them.

People in the office are VERY rude, lack of coordination with installations, no one ever knew what the other person is doing, staff blame each other for issues. I would never call them again for anything. My neighbor said he had the same experience with them. They said they would never use them for anything again either. STAY CLEAR!!!

This place is the pits, they lie to you, cheat you, and even then they don’t repair the gate correctly. I fought with them for six months after I paid him $ 1000 to repair the gate it’s still never got done it was always my fault. I finally got tired of aggravating myself with them called another gate repair company the man was here for 45 minutes charge me $ 400 the gate is fixed and working properly every sense. Please if you have a great problem call someone else if for nothing else to protect your sanity. I spent over 1500 with them trying to get this gate repaired before I gave up.

These guys are shady. Took forever to get an appointment then their tech crossed wires to break the gate leaving it open and unoperational. Had to call another company to fix the gate. Then they turn around and try to charge me for breaking the gate. The snippy receptionist started calling and emailing threatening how she was going to bill me. For what!!! Scamming me! I should bill them for what I had to pay the other company to fix this mess up! STAY AWAY!!!
And the tech arrived 3 hours early for a scheduled appointment, left and charged me for showing up! Why set an appointment if you aren’t going to keep it?!

Trying to get a new gate installed, along with an automated opener. Called them for a bid, talked to the receptionist who said she’d pass it along to their estimators who would call me back, but I never heard back. Speaks volumes about a business that can’t even be bothered to return a call to a potential new customer.
