I haven’t done business with Jeff in a few years, but reading that crummy review I was compelled to write this. I have always been happy with his honesty, customer service, and professionalism. He will often spend a good deal of time discussing firearms and services with customers and non-​buying customers equally. He is generous with his knowledge and not arrogant as some gun «experts» are. Always great to talk to at the gun shows, and has provided me with good deals on rifles and accessories. When I need a gunsmith in the future, I won’t consider reaching out to anyone but Arizona Armory.

I contacted Jeff a week ago about getting some custom work done on one of my firearms. He was always quick to answer any of my questions and is extremely knowledgeable. I listened to his recommendation based on what I was wanting done and can honestly say that I am much happier with the finished product than I would have been had I stuck with my original plan. I am already planning on bringing him another one of my firearms I want refinished and if there is ever anything I need done in the future to one of my AR or AK platform rifles I already know where I will be going for the work.

The owner of this place is very unprofessional, this doesn’t seem like a legitimate company. After I called and asked for ammo, he continued to harass via text message.

Did a FFL transfer only. but if i was in the market for a rife or ar-​15 type gun i would surely give them a call. They handled my FFL transfer very quickly. also went over the rifle i purchased with me. he also showed me the rifle he produces that is in the ball park of what i purchased. though his was just slightly more expensive his product was of higher quality.
ive done FFL transfers at other places and was always treated as if it was a hassle for them to do it or they were doing me a favor. they also charged 30 to 35 bucks
AA charges 20 for ccw holders and 25 for non. and treat it like its no trouble for them. it seemed to me if you are in the market for ar-​15 you may want to give him a call. he could build you something in your price range.
