Aquatec Fountains

Aquatec is great from initial contact to service. My poor, 7 foot canterra fountain was needing TLC — Algae, mold, calcium build up. Aquatec does it right. They contacted me promptly, arranged a visit to quote, and returned several times to do the emptying, acid wash cleaning, sealing. They even came back to turn it back on and fill it — which I found to be extra customer service friendly as I was more than capable. They exercise care and thoroughness in each step of the process. The acid wash cleaning is a delicate balance of removing build up and not destroying the porous stone. I got to watch some of this and the diligence and care that Phil & Chris exhibited was impressive.
Apparently, Fountains don’t need this too often — every 4 – 5 years for a Canterra fountain but they truly need it and what a difference! My fountain looks newer, more beautiful and runs better. Aquatec will be my regular fountain cleaning and maintenance go to, for sure! I’m beyond pleased with their work and professionalism.

I recently had my fountain repaired by this company. They really helped me out by tracking down the part I needed so I didn’t have to replace the entire pump. I really appreciated the honest assessment since I thought the pump had gone out. I would absolutely recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Aquatec. They installed a water feature in my front yard and did a great job. They were also reasonably priced. Will be using them again for my future fountain needs.

I have been having Aquatec maintain my waterfall for quite a few years. I always pay my bill about a week later so I have no outstanding money that I owe them. When they came in March of 2015, I sent my regular payment. On April 1^st, I made a mistake and sent them $ 125.00 which was $ 40.00 more than I usually pay. When I called them about the error I made, Heather told me they received the extra money and wanted to know if I wanted them to apply it to my next service or they would send me a check. She also told me that their prices went up to $ 125.00 per maintenance call. I told her to send me a check. I did get the check but she kept the $ 125.00 and sent me back the first $ 85 I sent them for their service, which was the price I was always paying. If in fact they did raise their payment in March, I don’t know why I wasn’t notified about it. I guess once they had my extra money I would never see it again. It would have been nice if they let me know ahead of time how much it had gone up. Thank goodness I didn’t send them $ 500 by mistake or I wouldn’t have gotten that back either. Shame on these people and how they run their business. I will spread the word!!!

I have gone to their store and found that they were extremely helpful. I explained what type of pump I need and the weird connection. They mad it work. I always them!

I ordered a fountain pump from these thieves, and they charged my credit card and never sent me the pump. Further, they then refused to respond to any emails, and I am still trying to get my money back. Do not do business with these people.
