Take a look at the photo. This place has only one computer in the entire office. This seems strange in 2014 that the staff does not have their own computer and most of the way things are done are old school, using faxes and phone calls. It is kind of throwback service. You fill out a piece of paper(yep) and then they look at it, ask a few questions and start calling the complexes within a 20 mile radius. They have relationships with several complexes that they will push you towards, but it is very unscientific and ancient. All the«specials» should be told to you on arrival, but instead the staff is doing the same thing you can do, just calling and finding out most things during a phone call. A clipboard of specials is available hanging on the wall, but nobody ever showed them off. There is a much better way to find a new place in this day and age. The staff member who helped me was nice and made about 8 phone calls, but if the staff knew beforehand about the availability at these complexes it would make more sense than just having you sit there and listen to their phone calls. It might work if you want to live in one of the complexes that they are pushing, but otherwise, you can just do most of this same stuff from your home. It really isn’t much of a help, except to eliminate places, but in my mind they should be more knowledgeable about the area deals before you get inside the place. Oh, it is free and there are no catches.
