If I could give negative stars I would. This place is gross and run down, the floors are disgusting and people rude. They had a young boy fill my water and it was ice cold. Women doing my pedicure did minimum and hurt me using old brush and some pumice tool. The pedicure lasted maybe 10 minutes. At that point I said I am done and decided to go elsewhere to get my daughter and myself a full set. I found Envy nails online and went there… BEST DECISION EVER! DO NOT GO TO AMY NAILS! You can get 100 times better service and product for same price at Envy… wish I found them first.

Very bad service! If I could give no stars, then this place will receive it. The technician saw that my gel was crimpling, but she refused to fix it. Instead of starting over, she put clear gel on top and called it a day! She refused to give me a discount on such a sloppy job. She stated that the gel was too thick. Errrr, who’s fault is that??? Not mine!
Save your money! Find a place that cares about the quality of service that they produce.

I will NEVER go to Amy’s again. The instruments used were not taken from a sterile solution, just a carry case. My cuticles were overcut and I bled on 4 fingers, the nails were cut too short (to the skin) then could not be filed correctly so I have rough edges. The polish was applied sloppily and I had to remove it all when I got home. The nail tech did not understand me well enough to give me what I wanted, and I think in her frustration chose to do a crappy job :(
