Alpha Electronics

I took my mac laptop for repair to tAlpha Electronics on 51^st & McDowell, Phoenix. Two months later, and 8 or 9 calls, they finally fixed it for $ 360, but didn’t bother to change the battery. I could not update by website for those two months.
Then they said they didn’t have the power cord, but I knew they did because the lap had a battery that would not recharge so they had to use the cord to diagnose problems (screen was black). I threatened to call the police, and they immediately found the cord. They took my biz name label off the cord transformer (part of the label remained) when I got it back. They also mixed 2 monitors but one is still not working. I had given them a $ 120 deposit on Visa, then they demanded cash for the remainder which they probably did not claim. How could I recommend them?

Not a whole lot to say about them. Took my TV in and they had it fixed in under a week. Staff was polite and the price was decent. I would go to them again.
