I generally am an extremely patient person; to a fault even but my experience with this clinic was just horrendously horrible. I went to that place on two different occasions and in both instances secured an appointment prior to coming.
In both instances, I waited for nearly 2 hours and when I already had to leave as I needed to go back to work; i was very rudely told to «just wait». The receptionists are heartless and cold. They could not care less if you waited forever. I urge you to not waste your time at this clinic.
Another HUGE NEGATIVE is they unethically peddle you all sorts of dermatological stuff. They point out that you have in your face is so serious that it needed to be acted upon fast and it can be done so expeditiously using the multitude of products they shamelessly goad you into buying.
HIGHLY UNETHICAL, UNCONSCIONABLE,. Pretty obvious the people at the desk are getting commissions/​perks for each sucker that falls for it.
Stay away from this «SALES» clinic… A Complete Rip-​Off AND they make you wait for such a LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG Time. I kid you not.

I have been to see both Dr. Jazayeri and Dr. B over the years. The front office staff are very welcoming, it can get busy and the gals seem to breeze right through it. The wait time varies, I’ve been in and out of the office in 35minutes and I have also sat and waited… for what seemed like forever.
When you call to schedule your appointment, let the front know you have to be to work or another appointment and they will find you an appointment based around the Doctor’s surgeries!
I also like that they sell Skincare. I use several different things, my Mom and girlfriend’s too! Try the glycolic peel pads and the PH cleanser! You will see a noticeable change in your skin within a week!
If you are looking for a Dermatologist in the North Scottsdale or Phoenix area I highly recommend this office.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time to fill out paperwork. The front desk was friendly and the only reason for the two stars. I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be taken back to another room where I waited for an additional 30 minutes while the staff talked about me like I wasn’t in the room. It seemed like they were training someone new but it was still awkward to be sitting less than two feet away from employees while they ask «how do you spell her name?» «Are you sure she’s not on any medication?»
When the doctor finally came in the room an hour past the appointment time he rushed through a two minute conversation where he made assumptions and was missing pertinent information about my medical history. He then hastily through a bunch of prescriptions my way and told me it was great to see me again even though this was my first visit. I was then scheduled a follow up visit although I, nor the front desk knew why. It could have just been an off day but I can’t say I was impressed. I don’t plan on returning.

The front desk staff were very nice. The experience after I was taken back was not very good. I waited a very long time for the doctor. Once he came in, everything was very rushed. The whole exam was done in less than 1 minute. Also 3 other people came into the room during the exam which was uncomfortable. I did not feel like I got proper care and pushed out of the office. I will never return to this office.

Extremely nice staff. 1^st time going there. Didn’t wait long to be called back. They also have free Wi-​Fi, which was a nice perk. I would recommend this office.

What a nice experience! This office offers free WiFi for your short wait time. I went for a routine skin check and had the pleasure of meeting dermatologist Dr S. Sasha Jazayeri. He was wonderful. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and addressed all my questions. Doctors with great bedside manner are hard to find. I wish I could find more doctors like him. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this place.
