I had two big shipments to make and one was a freight package and the other a large UPS package. From the multiple phone calls to them and the 3 visits there today I must say all their staff were completely professional and most helpful to get these packages packed and shipped. Gary was employee who assisted me with all my problems in getting these packages shipped. He is a courteous person and cares about customer service. The store is packed with everything you need to ship a package. I’m a happy customer and repeat customer now. Thank you.

So very disappointed! Went to have a TV packed for moving and paid a considerable amount of money. When we asked for the excess material we were told no and adamantly and rudely dismissed out of the store!

I come here often and every time I’ve been welcomed by the staff, who are knowledgeable and helpful, and I’ve been in and out within just a few minutes –unlike when I go to the post office and stand around for 5 minutes in line just to finally reach the counter and stand there for 5 minutes! They ship via every carrier so they’ll always find you the best rate, and, like most shipping places, they sell packing supplies too so it’s a one-​stop-​shop :)
