We were very pleased with this company’s work. Proprietor Cindy got back to us promptly and courteously — a couple of other companies didn’t even call back. She came for our smallish job, equipped to do blind repairs on the spot. Like in many condos built in the 1990’s, our windows have those two-​inch aluminum white blinds you can’t replace, by condo bylaws. Ours had lift and turn mechanisms that wouldn’t work, bent slats here and there, and much need of restringing. In under two hours, everything was fixed — goodness, she has know-​how! — and it gives the place a new feel when you can turn and lift the blinds just as you want. The charge for repairs, which included a site visit, seemed reasonable to us. Not cheap, but it sure beats buying new blinds or trying DIY!

I have great things to say about Cindy. She returned my call promptly, showed up early, knew exactly what she was doing, and did a great job. My only concern, and what others should know, is that she charged me about 30% more than she quoted. I was told that she could fix my slider for the $ 65 service charge and she would inspect the other blinds for problems. She made a few minor repairs and found a blind that needed to be restrung. She said the charge would be $ 75, I agreed, and she restrung the blind. I was expecting a bill for $ 140, but got a bill for $ 198. She was at my house for about an hour, used less than $ 5 of materials, and charged me $ 37.50 extra for labor plus $ 21.50 for 3 tiny brackets that Hunter Douglas will send for free. While she did an excellent job and I am happy with the service, $ 198 an hour is an ultra-​premium charge, not «affordable» and not what was discussed.

Cindy and Jason are the best!!! We had a malfunction with our vertical blinds and we made an appointment for them to come out and take a look. First of all, they were here exactly when they said they would be. Most importantly, they were very professional and knew what they were doing.
We’d have them fix, replace, or anything to do with window coverings,…ANYTIME !!!

They would have gotten a perfect 5 but for one little mix up, but they made up for that and gave me fantastic service — cleaned 5 sets of venetian blinds and bought 2 new sets of verticals. All came out beautiful, Jason is the nicest, most professional worker I have ever had the privlege to work with. Clean cut, polite and he knew his stuff. Cared about the little details. Very affordable. They are family run so you get that personal touch. Highly recommend them.
