If I could give zero stars I would. I would recommend that people never do business with this company. I signed a contract to lease to own a TV from them for one year. The TV they gave me has been an ongoing headache. It doesn’t work and it has been sent in twice now to be fixed. When I asked them if I could keep the replacement TV that they sent me, which is 8 inches smaller, and simply asked for a swap out, they would not accommodate me. I have been paying over $ 70 a month for a TV that doesn’t work for almost 1 year. Now they want to make me pay for another 10 months for a TV that actually works. That doesn’t seem fair to me! Aarons does not practice fair business and I recommend that no one goes there! I know that I never will again. Lesson learned.
