They did an amazing job of cleaning white carpet that had seen a lot of kid and dog traffic. Brandon spent a lot of time working on making our high traffic areas look new. I was shocked at how clean he got the carpet. Much cleaner than other more traditional methods that we have used previously. We paid extra for the Teflon and three weeks later, it still looks like the day they cleaned it. Well worth the extra dollars. Price was very reasonable, they were on time, and service was professional. I will be using them exclusively in the future.

Would not have them clean my welcome mat. Their employees are rude and obnoxious unprofessional people. They make false accusations and refuse to listen. I praise good customer service but this company has no respect for people. Won’t use them ever!!!

I don’t review often. I wasn’t expecting to have a «relationship» with a carpet/​upholstery cleaner. These guys meet that bar.
Norm and Brandon communicate, are reliable, give estimates and don’t try to upsell or switch the price — all things I would worry about with a time-​to-​time type service such as carpet cleaning. They want you as a regular customer. They have come back to get out tough spots after a cleaning and the cleaning dried. They want you to be happy!
Can’t recommend this company more. What a pleasure to deal with.

15 year old carpeting that had not been cleaned in 9 years. I actually thought I would have to replace the carpet before my new renter moved in. These guys made it look like brand new! I was actually amazed at the amount of staining they were able to remove, not to mention how clean the high traffic areas were! Again, made the carpet look almost brand new. They were easy to work with and extremely friendly and helpful.

I wrote my last review of AAA-​Advanced Chem-​Dry in 2009. I have used them six times since then for my carpets. I have not tried their other services.
The carpets in question are now 15 years old, worn, and I always seem to wait until they get embarrassingly dirty before I call. Not only does their process bring my carpets back from the dead, but Norm and his staff have always been on time, careful with my furniture, and very professional.
On their visit last week, I also asked them to clean two very dirty medium-​sized area rugs, which came out looking perfect again. I was thrilled, and everything was dry in two hours!
